She opened the package to the phone, throwing it underneath the bed as she slide the phone into the side of her leggings.

She sat on the floor out of breath with her hand wrapped around her stomach. She heard the front door open but she didn't move as she didn't hear it close.

She sat there confused as she knew Benjamin would close it right away. She stared at the doorway, the foot steps got louder and louder until they stopped.

"Madilyn." Cole said as soon as he stood in front of her. Her first lit up for the time in 2 years. She quickly got up and ran to him. He pulled her into a hug, he hugged her so tight like he never hugged her before.

"I thought you were dead." He mumbled into her hair. She let out a little laugh as she started to cry. "I never stopped thinking about." He pulled away and kissed the top of her head.

"I'm so sorry I ever let this happen, that I ever invited him into our lifes. I'm so sorry." Cole started to cry a little, Madilyn wiped his tear and nodded. "I'm surprised he left you home."

"He stormed out. Usually I know when he is leaving, where he's going, and when he'll be back."

"Do you know when he's coming back now?" Madilyn shook her head no. "Well let's go, quick."

Cole grabbed her hand and intertwined their fingers. He quickly dragged her out to the living room, where he was planning on leaving through the back.
