* Christopher's POV * I wake up to Carmen crying in her sleep and mumbling something. I lean closer to try to hear her.
" Christopher.. Don't go" her scared voice mumbles making me freeze.
She remembers me.
I shake her to try to get her to wake up. She doesn't move at all.
" Carmen, wake up.." I say shaking her gently causing her to stir in her sleep. Her eyes flutter open and her gaze meets mine. " what happened, who are you?" She asks me causing me to smile sadly " my name is Christopher Rom-" " Christopher?!?!" She says jumping up and looking at me with wide eyes " yeah.. do you remember me..?" I ask her as I stand up beside her " I've fucking missed you, so much." She says as she pulls me into a tight hug making me so happy " I've missed you too sis" I mumble against her hair as my eyes water up as I wrap my arms around her waist tightly " I've waited so long to hear those words." She sobs into my chest " I love you, so much. I've looked for you everyday for the past 12 years. I was starting to lose hope.. I can't believe we've found each other..." My voice cracks causing her to hold me tighter " I love you too bro" She says causing the tears fall
* Carmen's POV * " Carmen, wake up.." a voice says while shaking me gently causing me to open my eyes and meet his gaze

" what happened, who are you?" I ask him causing him to smile sadly at me " My name is Christopher Rom-" my nightmare from last night comes back causing me to put things together " Christopher?!?!" I say jumping up in realization " yeah.. do you remember me..?" He asks me standing up beside me " I've fucking missed you, so much." I say as I wrap my arms around him " I've missed you too sis" he says as he pulls me into his tight embrace " I've waited so long to hear those words." I sob into his chest " I love you, so much. I've looked for you everyday for the past 12 years. I was starting to lose hope.. I can't believe we've found each other..." his voice cracks causing me to hold him tighter " I love you too bro" I say hearing him sniffle
I pull away and wipe his tears with my thumb and smile at him.
" Carmen, is there any chance that you would stay with me during the purge.. I don't want to worry about you... I would much rather you be by my side. Please consider it." He says wiping away my tears " can my best friend Avani come? If she wants too. She probably hates me." I say looking down causing him to put his hand on my face making me look up at him " Avani doesn't hate you Carmen. She came in last night, she was so sad. I could hear her crying from my room. When Payton came and got me last night I freaked out. You've always had panic attacks ya know." He says with a laugh " wait. What. Payton lives with you? Who all do you live with? And seriously..? Even when I was younger?" I ask him causing him to chuckle " yeah, when you turned one you had your first panic attack. Mom and dad freaked out. They about called for help but I took care of it. I was the only one who could ever calm you down. I rocked you back and forth and talked to you until you calmed down. You wouldn't leave my side after that for a whole week." He says smiling back at the memory " last night, that was the worst panic attack I've ever had.. I was terrified. Until you started talking to me. I guess my subconscious knew who you were." I say as I head out of my room and frown, I destroyed the place. " I was so scared honestly. I was worried you were going to pass out. Your eyes kept rolling in the back of your head. I was scared I'd have a panic attack" he says helping me pick up a broken vase I threw yesterday " I was worried you were a serial killer." I said with a laugh throwing away all the broken pieces of glass " I'm definitely not a serial killer. Just ask my roommates, I may have a short temper. But I'm not a serial killer.. I have a very bad temper though. I have panic attacks also, but I don't have them often. But when I do they are horrible." He says getting quiet at the end " hey look at the bright side, I will always be there now when you have a panic attack. And you never told me about your roommates." I say as we pick up the rest of the mess I made " oh yeah, there is me, Payton, Jackson, Griffin, Anthony, Josh, Chase, and Jaden. If you become interested in any of them, please don't let it be griffin. He is way to old for you. You're 17, he is 20. I have a feeling I know who is going to catch your eye, but I'm not gonna say nothing. You will know if I'm right." He smirks causing me to smile " what if I'm gay?" I say making his smirk go away " oh, are you? If you are I support you sis" He says making me laugh " nah, I like dudes. I've decided, I will stay with you during the purge." I say causing him to pick me up and twirl me around " good, because I was gonna come kidnap you later on tonight, kidding... partially." He says causing me to laugh " I'm going to get a few things together, then we can go ahead and hangout there until the purge is over." I say ruffling his hair.
