"Stargazing"

"It's peaceful out here. It's nice to get away from everyone every now and then," Momo said as she and Todoroki looked up at the evening sky.

The two UA students were on the roof of their dorm building. It was summer time, getting closer and closer to the start of the new semester so everyone in the dorms were preparing and spending as much time as they could doing what they wanted while it was still summer and while they were still somewhat free. Todoroki and Yaoyorozu chose to be alone this night, up on the roof and spending some quality time together. They had laid out a blanket, one Todoroki had brought. It was big enough for them both to fit on, but small enough that they had to lay close together.

The two watched the sky, the clouds floated slowly along and were changing color as night grew near. "It is nice being alone like this," Todoroki stated as he set his hands behind his head and shut his eyes, feeling relaxed.

He felt movement beside himself and then warmth on his chest and shoulder. He parted his eyes open and saw Momo resting her head on him, snuggling closer as the temperature began to drop a bit more. Todoroki gave a small grin and moved his arm around her, tightly holding her and kissing her head. Momo set her hand on his chest as they laid together, sharing their body heat (him more than her). She smiled at him, happy that they were together and happy that they had the night to spend in each other's company.

"Today was fun, Shouto," Momo hummed, shutting her eyes and melting into the heat of his left side.

Todoroki rubbed his thumb against her shoulder where his hand rested. "Yeah. It was," he replied. His mind played back their day and how they had spent it together. It was like their whole day was one long date. "Maybe tomorrow we can do the same thing."

"Maybe," Momo giggled, her soft smile growing brighter.

Todoroki rolled onto his side to face her. Her head still rested on his arm but now his attention was fully on her and not the ever changing colors of the sky they had been admiring. "I want to spend as much time with you as I can before classes start again," he softly spoke, his voice smooth and attractive to Momo's ears. "Once the new semester starts we'll be too busy to go on dates again. You know how it was last term."

"I know," she gently replied, reaching out and touching his cheek with her fingers, feeling and loving the warmth his left side provided. "It's what happens with the path we've chosen though. We agreed school and training would come first."

Todoroki sighed, taking her hand and kissing her palm. He moved one of his legs closer to her, wrapping his with hers so they were entangled together and wanting to remain beside her like this forever. "I know, but, until summer is over I want to spend everyday with you and be by your side as long as I can be," he spoke, lovingly staring into her eyes.

Momo leaned forward and touched their foreheads together. She kissed the tip of his nose and shut her eyes. "We will be. And once classes start we'll still be together. We can study and train like before," she whispered.

Todoroki pulled her close to him again, holding her against his chest as he shut his own eyes. "I love you, Momo," he said, the words rolling off his tongue as they had countless times before.

"I love you too Shouto," she responded like she did every time.

Todoroki kissed her head and took in the sweet aroma of her hair. He was in love with the woman in his arms, but when he was with her, he felt as if he was constantly falling for her over and over again. Everything about her made him happy and when they were together he felt complete. He never wanted to let her go.

"It's getting late now. We should probably head back inside," Momo said, attempting to lean away from him. Todoroki didn't allow her any room to separate from his body though. "Shouto," she laughed out, still getting used to how clingy he could be. "It'll be dark and cold soon."

"I can keep you warm. And it won't be too dark. The stars and moon will be out to light up the night," he said, now allowing her a few inches of space from himself. He stared into her eyes with a look he only ever gave her. A look that she had come to love and cherish because she knew how he saw her and why he gave her such a caring look. "Let's just stay awhile longer. If we go back inside we won't be alone."

Momo sighed, giving in to his wishes. She set her hand on his chin and guided his lips to hers with no hesitation from him. Their lips touched in a soft kiss and they both smiled at one another when they parted. "Fine. But only because I love you and because you're right," she said, smiling and running her thumb across his cheek.

Todoroki touched his forehead to hers while moving his hand along her side. "It's too easy to get my way with you," he laughed, combing his other hand through her hair that she had down before they came up to the roof.

"That's because you're too cute and it's hard for me to say 'no' to you," she replied, bringing him in for another kiss.

Todoroki grinned as their lips touched. He kissed her and pulled back, wrapping his arms around her and rolling onto his back again. "Telling me that is probably a mistake," he said, still smiling. "But it's hard for me to say 'no' to you too. Plus you're way cuter than I am."

"That's debatable," Momo giggled, snuggling closer to his chest. "I love you," she hummed, shutting her eyes and feeling at ease and at home in his hold.

Todoroki gazed up at the stars as they began to shimmer in the sky that was nearly dark now. The half moon was out and seemed to be glowing, lighting the rooftop in a soft light. Todoroki turned his attention to Momo who had fallen asleep on his chest. A soft smile capsulated his face as he admired her in the beauty of the night.

He moved his head, kissing her forehead and keeping his face beside hers, shutting his eyes and feeling himself begin to fall asleep. "I love you too, Momo," he quietly breathed out just before falling asleep, holding the woman he adored in his arms.

A/N: I had the need to write fluff 😗 So I figured, why not make a Todomomo One Shot Book 🙈 most of these will probably just be things I imagined happening with them between my 2 books (like the description of the book says👀), some of these will probably be based off prompts I find online 🙈
