"One Month later"

I sat on the couch I had in my room, reading a book when I there was a knock on my door.

Lili.... Come in. I said, as I turned the page of my book.

Kelly.... Morning sunshine.

Lili.... Morning. I replied, focusing on what was going on.

Kelly.... Lil, you think you can stop reading for just a minute.

Lili.... Um—sorry. What's up? I asked, placing the book down.

Kelly.... I—wait, your reading Journey to The Centre of The Earth? Kelly asked, as he took the book in his hands.

Lili.... Yeah, and?

Kelly.... Isn't this a kid's, book?

Lili.... And your point is? Look Kelly, didn't you want to ask me something?

Kelly.... Ah, yes. I know it's your day off today and your going to the store late, could you get me these things? He asked as he gave me a list.

Lili.... Yeah, sure. But I'm going to the store, after I had lunch with Jay.

Kelly.... Jay?

Lili.... Yeah, he asked to see me about something and asked could we meet for lunch. If you want, I could bring you something if you'd like?

Kelly.... Depends on where you're going for lunch.

Lili.... I don't know, Jay said he'd pick me up later. So, it's all a total mystery to me.

Kelly.... Have fun, but not too much.

Lili.... Kelly, that's disgusting. Why would you even say that?

Kelly.... I'm just saying. He said, as he raised his hands in defence.

Lili.... Whatever. I have to go, have a great day at work—love ya. I said, as I ran out of the apartment going for my jog.

As I was running in the park, listening to my music I couldn't help but think of how I got into jogging. I always hated it, I hated jogging but ever since I stayed with Shay and Kelly for a vacation that's where it started.

"Flashback"

Shay.... I'm leaving early, I'm going to get breakfast with Dawson. See you later Lil, don't burn the house down, and I love you.

Lili.... You too. I replied as Shay left.

Kelly.... Morning Lili. Kelly said, as he came down shirtless down the stairs.

Lili.... Morning, are you leaving? I asked, as he put on a shirt.

Kelly.... No, I'm only going in this afternoon. Want to join me for a jog?

Lili.... Ah—I don't really like jogging I actually hate it.

Kelly.... Come on, one jog. I think I can change your mind.

Lili.... Fine, but your taking me for breakfast after—and I get to have a tour at 51. Mm, o and you have to take me for a spin in that car of yours.

Kelly.... Deal.

"End of flashback"

Knocking me out of my thoughts, I heard a few loud bang's. Taking out my earphones, I looked around and saw someone shooting. My eyes widened and I started to run as fast as I could, running without stopping. I got to a save place and took my phone from my pocket calling the police.
