A Sidhe was a creature that could probably come out straight from children fairy-tales. Although the Sidhe race had human like features and could converse normally like humans as well, their physical features were much more graceful, lithe and tall. Like the mythical elves, their ears were longer and pointed, drooping down by default. Only when a Sidhe perceived danger or overly excited, the ears would perk up. A Sidhe's complexion was pale, but no one could say they look sickly. If anything, their appearance added allure to their already attractive appearance.

Although like humans, the Sidhes' races were various, true blooded Sidhe possessed dinstinct features from the others: hair as black as the night, eyes of ocean blue. If a true Sidhe's emotions fluctuated a great deal, their irises would ripple, as if the blue water in their eyes was disturbed by wind. When this happened, their traits would be strengthened multiple times, either to defend themselves or to attack their enemies.

Although Mayu had seen plenty Sidhes in her first life, it was undoubtedly the first for her four companions. What's more, if the good-looking dark-haired Sidhe in front of them was not drawing his five arrows - all at once - on his bow, as well as the person's pointed ears were not standing up, Mayu would be more excited having seen a familiar face.

For one, she knew that the Sidhes were born fighters, adept in all kind of weapons. Those five arrows would puncture her and her companions' hearts if they made the slightest wrong move. Yet, how could she stay calm? The handsome pale-faced Sidhe in front of her was her brother-in-law, the Sidhe prince, Ran Foster's future husband! He was also one of Mayu's mentors in weaponry in her first life.

Mulling over her next course of action, Mayu finally decided to risk it. Worse comes to worst, Daisuke or Daiki would be able to subdue the Sidhe with his mind power temporarily. In this early times, the Sidhe should not be too powerful yet to defend against the two Dai's strengthened mind attack. Mayu tried to not let her excitement and worry show on her face as she placidly said,

"Prince Zephar, please rest your bow."

The Sidhe's eyes widened, then his gaze sharpened, showing slight ripple in the water-like irises, "How? Wait... are you... an oracle?"

It was Mayu's turn to be stunned. From what she could remember, the Sidhes did not refer to the various traits by their latin names. They simply referred to themselves as a warrior or an oracle.  Although between the two, they could still use both skills derived from their innate traits, warriors were more adept in combat, and oracles were more adept in anything magical - be it mind power or elemental prowess. More so compared to humans, Sidhes were the masters of the elements, capable of utilizing power of nature to do their bidding.

What's more, the person who simplified this term for the Sidhes was none other than Ran Foster, Liam's only younger sister. At that last thought, Mayu's eyes brightened. In her first life, she did not meet Ran until the third world, at the very end just before they transitioned to the fourth, and only got to meet Zephar shortly afterwards. It seemed that her arrival in this second world, [Sidhe's dream], was much earlier than her first.

What differentiated the Sidhes from the humans as well, was that the run-of-the-mill Sidhes were thrown into their versions of [Forsaken World]s with five traits all at once. The true-bloods, including Zephar, awakened six traits since the beginning, with the maximum of seven. In Mayu's first life, Zephar ended up mastering all seven traits from the heavenly virtues.

Depending on the combination of the awakened traits, a Sidhe was then categorized either as a combatant or a magic user. Thus, the simplified term Ran preferred: warrior and oracle.

Humans could compete and fight alongside the Sidhes only because despite having started with measly one awakened trait, save for some individuals, they were not limited to the seven heavenly virtues. Although no one had ever done so, if given the time, one could probably even hoard the whole fourteen traits from the heavenly virtues and deadly sins.
