06. The date

Shawn's p.o.v:
I'm staring at y/n since like 30 seconds and I'm aware that it must be weird but I don't care. She has sparks in her eyes and her eyes doesn't have too much makeup and that's perfect. She is wearing something nice, a black long dress and her hairs are straightened and are waving a bit at the bottom. It's so beautiful and she is breathtaking. I'm wearing a simple black sleeve and some black pants. I'm bringing her at a classy place but it's out of the town(Toronto).

After a minute or two, I finally speak "are you ready darling?" I say and as I call her darling her smile lights up even more. "Yes I am ,but where are you taking me? " she says almost laughing because I guess she's happy."you'll see, but it will be somewhere nice that you'll like, just for us two." I reply and I wink at her. I planned on bringing her on a nice and private place where she will see a beautiful set up and a lake with the sunset.

Y/n's p.o.v
Shawn and I reach his car. He opens the door for me and after this he jump inside. He puts on the radio and starts to drive. After like 15 minutes, both of us isn't shy anymore and a song that I like comes at the radio.
"Oh Shawn I like that song!" I tell him as I put the volume up way more. He laugh and starts to sing the first words. Then we are yelling the lyrics out lungs.
It's a Bruno Mars song, grenade. And it's a love song, during the whole song Shawn is starring at me while singing the lyrics out loud.

At the end of the song, we're so happy that we are signing every songs that comes next. Even though he's screaming,Shawn is signing very well and when we stop, im almost disappointed because I liked hearing him signing. "Shawn, i start, it's been a while since we're on the road, is it so far?" I ask him. He smiles a bit and respond to me "no honey, we're almost there, just be patient and you won't regret it , it's just that it's a bit far. "

when he's calling me by cute nicknames my heart is melting. He's so sweet. He taking a little road in a forest and then I start to panic a bit. I don't even know him. What if he is a maniac that only wants to kill me in the woods or that he wants to hurt me. Calm down y/n, I say to myself... he's sweet and he was sweet with Hanna too, that guy looks so kind that he couldn't hurt anybody because of his heart. He will protect me and my soul tells me it.

After driving in a tumultuous road, we arrive on a little wooden bridge, it's cute the bridge brings you to a floating platform on the lake... I can see that there's a table and some cute lights. Waking on the bridge and arriving at the platform, I can see that Shawn put lanterns on a large tree and a beautiful table is set on the lake, facing the sunset

We're dining and staring at each other, not saying a thing. There's a vibe that we don't wanna break, when I'm staring into his hazel eyes, I can see who he truly his, that he's the most amazing guy and I have the feeling that he will protect me from everything. At the end of the diner ,Shawn say to me"I have a surprise for you, hold on a second " he takes my hand, brings me at a fire bond and he tells me to sit on a wooden log, he lefts and comes back with his guitar.

He sits next to me, pretty close and without saying a thing, staring at me eyes to eyes, he starts playing something...
