Chapter 20

- Emily's POV -

I woke up and I was in my bed. Dillon must of put me and Drew to bed when we fell asleep.

I got up and checked Drew's room, but he wasn't in there. He must be downstairs. I go downstairs to see a note on the counter. The note said:

'Hey babes! Follow the roses to come find me! I love you! Always remember that!

- Dillon xoxo'

I looked around and see roses by the backdoor. I went outside to follow them and see Drew dressed in a suit with 3 roses.

"Come on Mommy!" He said dragging me.

He walked with me to follow the path. It lead to the beach, and it looked beautiful!

When we walked a little farther I see Dillon, with roses.

Drew walked me up to Dillon, and it was kinda like I was getting married. There were flowers all over, and the sound of the ocean was amazing.

Dillon got on one knee and said "Emily, you're honestly amazing, sweet, gorgeous, hilarious, and the most kindest person I ever met. And no, I'm not just saying that to get you to say yes. I said it because it's true. All of those things. Will you be my beautiful girlfriend?"

"Yes!"

By now I was crying my eyes out. He got up and gave me a big hug. Then we pulled Drew in a hug.

I have such an amazing life. I'm so thankful for everything. After that we all walked back to my house. I made lunch for the boys since I woke up at 11:00 p.m. I made a pizza since it was our favorite.

While we were eating pizza I got a text. It was from Adriana.

A- EMILY! How are ya girly? I MISS YOU! ❤️ Me and Matt are in Cali for a week! I was wondering if you and Dillon wanted to go somewhere or something, so I could babysit Drew?? We can pick him up & take him to our hotel! 😁

M- HEYY! I MISS YOU MORE! I'm better! Dillon asked me out! 😱 We were talking about seeing a movie or something, so yes! You guys wanna come at 1:30??

A- OMG! YAY! finally he's got the guts to! Lol. Yeah, we'll come at 1:30! Love ya girlyyyyyyy! 😘

M- alright! See us then! bye 💕
