Chapter 10

- Emily's POV -

We got into Dillon's other Jeep that he left here. His parents dropped it off here for us.

There was a hotel in our neighborhood. I know weird right? But anyways we are staying there. Me, Taylor, and Dillon all live in next to each other!

We all got in his car & drove off. I'll be in the hour for an hour.

"Hey, mommy can I have the iPad?" Drew said to me.

"Yeah of course!" I said getting the iPad out of my bag & handed it to her.

"Hey Em, guess what?" Dillon said getting my attention.

"Huh?"

"I know I've said this a lot, but I love you." He said smiling.

Ughh how I love Dillon.

"I love you more." I said smiling at him.

He held my hand the rest of the way there.

I put in my headphones to listen to music & soon drifted to sleep.

- an hour later -

"Babe, wait up!" I heard a familiar voice say. I opened my eyes and saw it was Dillon. I smiled and sat up stretching.

I got out of the car & went to get Drew. He was having a bad dream and crying. My poor baby. 😔

I unbuckled him from his car seat & held him in my arms.

"Hey bud, it's okay. Momma's here. I'm not leaving." I say trying to comfort him.

"Okay mommy. I love you! I'm glad you're my mommy!" He said smiling.

He always knows how to make me smile!!
