Elemental // Peter Parker x Reader HIATUS

Sony vs Marvel Mess

So! Since Spider-Man is leaving the mcu I have a bit of a situation since my book is based off of mcu Peter Parker and his story. So I have a couple of options for how this story will go.

First option -  Elemental Splits from the MCU storyline

Pros

•more interaction with characters

•more on Elemental and how she/you got your start

•I Can do literally whatever i want with the story (plenty of LGBT+ rep! Bi Peter?? Bi or Pan Y/n?)

•it will be unique to other stories

•updates will come out whenever I want versus with the movies

•completely new characters

•introduction of characters in marvel comics but not mcu / ones in the mcu they haven't interacted with

•classic spidey villains and new elemental villains

•lots of ways for your input and suggestions to be in the story

•editor spots will be opened to help me edit my stories

Cons
______

•updates my slow down so I can properly get a story or plot line together

•it will be different and won't have the same nearly canon vibe

•chapters might be shorter

•the prequel I was going to do won't happen instead what i was going to do will be incorporated

Second option - The story adjusts for Sony's Spiderman adaption

Pros -

• normal Spider-Man content

Cons -

• major edits on my end to adjust to the "no marvel rule"

• Sony's canon is canon

• weird cliffhanger

• harder to do

• please don't choose this one

Third Option - End Elemental with Far From Home

Pros -

• only two chapters left for me to write

• angsty end probably

• you'll get content soon

Cons -

• that's it with this story of elemental

• you'll get the prequel

• I'll be sad to see it go

• no one shots or after stories just an epilogue

• sad

Fourth Option - cancel this book

Pros -

• none

• well maybe that I won't have to stress out anymore but meh

• maybe another book

Cons -

• no more spidey

• s a d
