A/N: Thank you for requesting @avocamila
You requested a scenario, so this is a little mixed between both reaction and scenario.
I hope this is okay :)

Nayeon's reaction to you not giving her attention

Nayeon's reaction to you not giving her attention.

Lately you'd been staying at home a lot, considering that summer was coming to an end and you wanted to make the most of it before you had to go back to work.
You'd spent the first few weeks of the holidays going out with friends or going out with your girlfriend, but it got to a point where you couldn't be bothered to drink every night and then wake up with a hangover the next morning.

So, you'd been relaxing a lot instead, mainly in your own company as Nayeon would still be going out with the other girls.
She tried convincing you to join them, even saying you wouldn't drink this time but you were feeling too lazy, almost like it had become a routine to stay in and play video games on the couch.

It was early morning when you'd gotten up, the sun had started to climb above the horizon and the temperature was already rising as it had been hot over the past week or so.

Currently, you were sat on the sofa with a bowl of cereal resting in between your lap, one hand scooping up the contents whilst the other was holding a PlayStation controller.
You were fitted in fluffy blue pyjamas, messy hair was draped across your shoulders and your eyes were glued to the screen even as you would eat your breakfast; occasionally spilling a drop of milk on your shirt.
You'd decided to play one of your favourites, Sudden Attack.
It was a classic.

You'd been playing for a little bit, the game was tied and you needed one more point to win which would rank you higher up the leaderboard.
You had your shot in sight, ready to fire when you felt a pair of arms wrap themselves around your shoulders which caused you to miss your shot.
"Good morning cutie." You jumped slightly, turning your head to meet Nayeon's which was located just behind yours.

The woman delicately kissed your cheek before removing her arms from your shoulders, smiling as you tried your hardest not to completely rage at the important moment she had interrupted.
"Morning." You replied quickly and let out a little smile, picking up the controller once more and starting to bash down on the buttons to try and redeem the lost kill.

"This is the fifth day in a row you've been playing on that damn thing." Nayeon walked around the back of the sofa and plopped herself next to you, but your eyes were still glued to the TV.
"Why don't we do something else today, I miss spending time with you." She groaned, patting her thighs at separate times as she waited for a response.
"Mm, hang on I've almost got this idiot who's camping." You leant forwards, focusing intensely at the screen in front of you.
Your girlfriend didn't seem to care much as she brought her thumb up to the side of your mouth and wiped away excess milk that was left from your earlier meal.
"You're so adorable."
Nayeon cooed, frowning when you didn't respond.
"Y/N, listen to me." She pulled a cute facial expression and let out a babyish tone whilst lightly shaking your shoulder.
You didn't budge, but merely reacted with a pout.

"Yes! I knew I'd kill you." Shouting suddenly, you not only caused Nayeon to jump but accidentally hit her in the arm with your controller.

She stood up, rolling her eyes and walking away.
You looked back for a moment but didn't bother to follow her as you were still in the middle of an important match.
It felt more peaceful with the other gone, although you missed her presence a little.

An hour had now passed, you'd managed to win a few matches but lose a couple too which caused you to scream absurd things into your television, most likely loud enough so the neighbours could hear your inappropriate use of language.

It wasn't long after you'd gotten up only to grab a chocolate snack from the cupboard that your girlfriend walked back through to where you were located, a big grin spread across her face.

You made eye contact with Nayeon, one of your eyebrows raised in a questioning appearance.
"You look happy."
The other shrugged, avoiding eye contact.
"Do I? I was just on the phone to Yeri that's all."

You felt your heart sink but managed to keep your cool on the outside as you responded.
"Like Yeri...your ex Yeri?" You started to feel a wave of panic as the other nodded, a big cheesy grin trying to escape her lips but she held it back as she spoke.
"She asked if I wanted to go out with her tomorrow evening." Your face scrunched up, not liking the reaction your girlfriend was giving off.

"Are you?" Your voice was a little quieter when you responded this time.
You didn't like telling the woman she couldn't see someone but this was different, it was Nayeon's ex who you knew still had feelings for her.
"Yeah, why not." She walked over to grab a drink from the fridge before looking at you with an expression of something you couldn't quite understand.
"I was guessing you'd be busy gaming, so I thought I might as well."

"No, Nayeon I'm free tomorrow." You replied, starting to become irritated from the other.

The way she smiled whilst talking about her ex girlfriend disturbed you, it was a smile you'd only ever seen her give to you.
But it angered you someone else made her smile the way she would about you.
"What should I wear tomorrow? A little black dress maybe." Your partner hummed as she was in thought.
"I'm free tomorrow, you don't have to go out." You waved your hands in the air, trying to gain the girls attention back.
"Y/N, it's already arranged I can't cancel on her."
Nayeon smiled that same smile again, causing you to let all of your emotions loose.
"Why? Do you like her or something?"
You felt a lump form inside your throat when the other didn't respond but merely stared at you, her smile now faded in to a solemn expression.
"Y/N I've been meaning to tell you..."
You rested your head on your fingertips, looking down to the floor as you tried to control your breathing rate.
This can't be happening.

You looked up muddled when the girl stepped closer to you, her fingers tucking a piece of hair behind one of your ears.
"If you'd just given me attention earlier, I wouldn't have had to use extreme measures."

You internally took a breath of relief from the others words but still hit her shoulder, frowning.
"W-What? Nayeon I was scared you were going to leave me."
She chuckled, pulling out her phone and pressing a button.
"I've recorded enough of your reaction, I'm actually surprised you were bothered at all."
Nayeon laughed as you stood with your mouth agape.
"Y-You recorded me?"
"Mhm, just wait till I show the other girls."
The woman laughed once more, pulling you into a messy hug as she continued her saga of finding the situation very funny.
"You were so cold to me earlier, but now you're away from the console we can spend time together?"

"Of course love." You mumbled into her neck, now wrapping your arms around her waist loosely.
"I'm sorry I was being a bad girlfriend."
"As long as you don't do it again..." Nayeon pulled you apart so your faces were now just inches apart.
"..we'll be fine."
She placed a chaste kiss to your lips.

You smiled sheepishly.
"Never again."
