TAEHYUNG tried his hardest not to cry when being told that two fated mates were killing each other and everyone around them, without truly knowing the meaning behind everything.

"Why were lightening strikes casting down upon the village?" Jaebum laughed light heartedly, "They were the moon goddess' children, she had formed them and gave them this power to bring hope for wolves. The reasons truly behind it are unknown."

"B-but how was this all known?"

"There was this writer back in 1869, his first name was Jay, no one knows of his last name. Though, he was a little detective. I'm not truly sure as to how he found out about Nochu and Vante, but he did." Taehyung nodded, "What did this Jay even write about?"

"You asked what Yin and Yang was?" Again, Taehyung nodded, "Well you see Yin is one half of a circle and Yang was the other; Yin meant a negative light on the world, it was the moon side of the circle. The darker side, the side that no one wanted to come across." Taehyung tried to take in all of the information but struggled.

"Then you have Yang; the positive light to the world, thus making it the sun side of the circle. The lighter side, it was more lively and welcoming. If you placed both of them together, they cancelled out one another making it neutral. So if you think about it, when Yin tries to fight Yang, a carnage breaks out." Jaebum sighed, even though he has told this story multiple times, it still gave him the creeps.

"Yin should never fight Yang, they were made for one another just like Nochu and Vante. Nochu was the moon wolf and Vante was the sun wolf." Taehyung couldn't believe it. That had made sense, "So that's what Jay had written about, he figured out what they were before they did." Jaebum nodded.

"But unfortunately they killed each other before knowing." Taehyung gulped. "What about-"

"Taehyung, it is just a story. Don't think too deep into it okay? This was a legend, there is no evidence. Just some fiction in which people added to over the years." Jaebum patted his shoulder, "Anyway, we should get back, Mark and Jackson have probably done something which had either ended Yugyeom in an injury or has set something a light."

Taehyung chuckled and followed Jaebum back inside.

"Jaebum!" BamBam whined, "Tell Youngjae to stop eating all of my food!" Jaebum rolled his eyes, "I never knew that you had lost your voice?" BamBam sighed, "He doesn't listen to me though! You know the blue M&M's are my favourite!"

"Aish! Youngjae!" The said male came rushing towards Jaebum, "Yes?"

"If you want treats, ask us. Don't steal everyone else." He said sternly in which Youngjae bowed his head and nodded. Taehyung knew that Youngjae was an Omega which is why he submitted so easily.

"So TaeTae, what did you think about the legend? Cool huh?" Jackson wiggled his brows and Mark whacked his head, "Dude, not cool." Mark scoffed, "Sorry 'bout him, this one always gets excited over that sort of thing. It will ware off eventually." Taehyung giggled.

"Ya! Taehyung." Jaebum called, "Seeing as you have met everyone in my pack, what do you think of them?" Taehyung looked at the males before him and he nodded, "I love them!" He giggled. "But, isn't your father the Alpha?" Jaebum nodded, "Yes, that he is, but he is the Alpha of the whole pack, I'm just the Alpha of my pack." Taehyung nodded understanding Jaebum.

"That makes sense." BamBam suddenly made a statement, "We should entertain the newbie!" Yugyeom giggled, "I'm down for that!" And with that everyone agreed scaring Taehyung slightly.

"Hey don't worry pup, we won't do anything in which you aren't comfortable with." Jaebum added, to which Taehyung nodded at.

Youngjae clapped his hands, "We should start of with who is the fastest!" Jinyoung laughed, "We all know that I'm the fastest!" Mark scoffed, "Ask Jackson but I'm the fastest." And that's how the little argument of who is the fastest broke out.

Taehyung stayed back giggling slightly, until Jackson came over, "Hey little one." Jackson smiled, "So how do you like our pack?" Taehyung smiled, "It's homely. I like it."

"Well I'm glad little one." Jackson was grateful that Jaebum accepted Taehyung because he could tell straight away how fragile and small Taehyung truly is, even if he doesn't want to show it. "I would like to tell you something." Taehyung hummed in response, "Do you know there are two sides to the legend?" Taehyung furrowed his brows.

"The side you heard was blaming Nochu for acting irrationally. For blaming his true love for the mess that occurred." Taehyung gulped, "What is the other half?"

"The other side is that it was all Vante's fault. That Nochu should have done something to save the village and not his bond. It is a very messy legend, but if you do ever want to read up on it." Jackson pointed to a door beside the boys, "The library, it holds the diary of Jay and his discovery. You want to know more, read that."

Jackson just walked away and towards Mark and left a confused Taehyung. Jaebum's family had the original diary of Jay. The male who had the entirety of the legends in a few simple words and pages.

And Taehyung wanted to know more.
