"MOON WOLF?" Taehyung repeated.
"Sun wolf?" Jeongguk repeated as they both turned to the known male which is Jeongguk's father; Elder Jeon. Jeongguk shook his head disbelieving everything.
"This doesn't make sense! None of this makes sense! What the hell is a Moon wolf and Sun wolf?" He gripped his hair, slightly tugging at it.
"You know the story of Yin and Yang, those are the wolves. The legend of Nochu and Vante is real Jeongguk, I wanted to hide this from you for as long as possible because it is dangerous. I don't want you to get hurt!" Elder Jeon tried to reason with the male, but it will take more than a few words to calm Jeongguk down.
"That was a legend! It was fiction, which means non-existent!" The red glowing eyes appeared, the sharp fangs as well as the long claws. The tattoo of the moon shimmered slightly.
"Jeongguk. Listen to me, it's real. Everything you've ever been told, ever dreamed about; it was all real." Again it wasn't registering through his head.
Taehyung gulped, "So Jeongguk is Nochu's doppelgänger, which means Vante... is mine." The young Omega whispered, but it was heard by Elder Jeon.
"Yes Taehyung. You're the descendant of Vante and my boy is the descendant of Nochu." Taehyung shook his head. He, too, didn't want to believe the words that Elder Jeon announced. "I-it just doesn't make sense. Nochu and Vante were friends, they were close! I-I've only met Jeongguk once!"
Jeongguk growled, "Taehyung, I know this a lot to ask, but you need to stay close to Jeongguk. But what ever you do, don't touch him." The young Omega shook his head "T-touch him! Why would I touch him?"
"It starts something which cannot he stopped, so do as I say!" Taehyung simply refused to do what an Elder asked.
"Don't make me command you!" He raised his voice slightly, making Taehyung whimper.
"Do that again and I'll rip your head off." Both males turned to look at Jeongguk, who had this evil tint in his eyes.
And for those words that had been spoken, Taehyung wasted no time in rushing to Jeongguk's side, finding a sudden piece of comfort.
Both found comfort.
"D-does that mean the story is true? About them finding each other as mates, as well as killing each other as well as the village?"
Elder Jeon sighed, "It is true about Nochu and Vante being mates, as well as the moon goddesses children, but Nochu never forced the bite upon Vante. It was a decision they both made together. Though it still remains about the village." Jeongguk furrowed his brows.
"Nochu wanted, no he needed Vante to be safe from the world. However, Christian Chim and Minam forsaken Nochu from doing anything bad. They were the elder figures that the young Alpha never truly had. Though, Yunki kept the three of them sane for the most part." Jeongguk scoffed.
"If Nochu was this big bad Alpha, why did he need his friends to comfort him?"
Elder Jeon rolled his eyes, "It wasn't about power back then son, it was about family. Nochu had family around him, but only his friends showed him love and affection, Vante didn't have that, the Omega only had Namu."
Taehyung titled his head, "N-Namu?" Elder Jeon nodded, "Yes, he raised Vante as well as himself." Taehyung shook his head, "I-I don't understand! This is too much. Jay never wrote about this!"
"Because Jay was made to write a fiction on them two, so no one would ever believe that you guys do exist. That there were descendants. Jeongguk is the Yin to your Yang, young Omega." Elder Jeon sighed.
The latter turned to the dark haired male and looked as if he was about to cry out, but he held it together for the sake of not wanting to embarrass himself.
"But the two of you need to understand, that being mates are not easy. There are rules set. You must know them, so you don't end up like Nochu and Vante." Taehyung started to grow a headache from all of this. The story he was told was a lie, everything is turning out to be a lie.
Jeongguk ran a hand through his hair, whilst his sleeve fell back showing off his arm and of course Elder Jeon noticed this and growled.
"You've already started the mating!" He roared. Both of them furrowed their brows and looked down to where they met where Elder Jeon's eyes were.
They shook their heads and gulped. Jeongguk then turned to Taehyung standing tall like an Alpha as well as radiating power of a True Alpha, "I don't want you." A punch to his gut, metaphorically of course, yet he just blinked.
"You serve zero purpose." Another blink to the male. "You'd be better off dead." He sadly smiled.
"You're the yin to my yang. I don't make the rules, I just follow them." Taehyung carried that same smile on his face.
"Yeah well I don't follow the rules."
Taehyung nodded, "I'd rather stay alive then end up dead or killing those who I truly love rather than some Omega." With that the True Alpha shifted and immediately departed from where they were standing.
Elder Jeon turned to Taehyung and the smell of sympathy reeked from him, "Please don't do what Vante did, don't give up on Nochu in the end."
And just like that Elder Jeon ran off too, leaving the poor, heartbroken Omega alone.
But the words ran through Taehyung's head, th exact same words his Elder used; he never wanted Taehyung, he tried every possibility to kill the Omega, but of course he had eyes watching his every move and that made it an impossible mission to carry out.
