On a cold, dark, winter night, the earth trembled and our beautiful proud tall buildings turned to rubble. As the world we knew came crashing down, the sky raining concrete, I ran out of my house looking for help. I saw my city shatter, in front of my eyes, as the tectonic plates moved silently, but violently. My world, the rock solid place, collapsed and crumbled, taking away my home, my warmth. The starless night sky stared down at me and me alone, because no one else existed.

But he fooled me and the wide sky because he was undestroyed. As he placed his hand on my shoulder, I found myself calm among the chaos. Amidst all the entropy.
