Chapter 11 END

The Earth laughs in flowers. And I, in you.

Fortunately, when the receptionist informed that Nean had come to visit with Sean, Park had already left. Otherwise, everything would have turned into a daily soap.

Mean let the two people enter, pretending his best that he had no idea about their visit.

"Hi Phi!" Nean came in pushing Sean's wheelchair. He occasionally winked at Mean, making the elder twin smile wryly.

"Hi Nean." Mean looked at Nean and Sean alternately.

"Sean, you never told me you were coming here. And, I really didn't expect you both of you at the same time. Did you really come together or met on the way here?"

"We d-did come together, Mean." Sean looked nervous. Mean seemed to have a dominating aura in his office suit. Her fingers anxiously rubbed each other. 

She had betrayed Mean once and now she did it again, and that too with his twin brother! But Nean had assured him that Mean won't be angry because he was certain that Mean didn't love her. 

Besides she has the right to have his true love, right? Nean was her true love, the man she had dreamed of long ago. Now, when she has finally Nean in her hands, she Sean would never let him go.

"Actually, we have something to say to you. And we both hope that you are not angry." This time it was Nean who spoke up while gently squeezing Sean's shoulder to calm her. 

"Tell him, Sean."

Mean looked at Sean and Nean alternately, "Say what?"

Sean put the ring box on the office table next to Mean. "I want to return this engagement ring." The words were uttered in very low tone. 

Mean raised his eyebrows, "Return the engagement ring? What do you mean by this, Sean?"  

Sean glanced at Nean and smiled when she saw Nean looking at her with love and encouragement.

"Mean....I don't love you. I don't think I ever did. When Nean proposed to me, I realised that all this time I had only thought of you as Nean's replacement."

Damn it!!

Even though he already knew but still Mean could not help cursing in his heart. 

Sean considered him a 'substitute' and she selfishly held him back. She was even determined to marry him to be tied with him forever. This girl is indeed very selfish and cunning. Mean must be careful about it. He should think about Park's words well and act cautiously.  If what Park said was true then it could serve as great weapon to save Nean.

"You proposed to her?" Mean pretended to be surprised staring at Nean who seemed to be having a hard time hiding his smile.
