I woke up spooning someone in my arms. I looked over and saw dark hair sprawled across the pillows. I squeezed her tight. She started to move.
"Hey you" I whispered.
I rested on my elbow with my face over hers. She opened her eyes and smiled. That's a good way to start my morning.
"Hi Noen"
"What happened to the couch?"
"Oh sorry. I can leave" she started to get up. I grabbed her wrist.
"No stay. Please" she laid back down and I cradled her in my arms. I kissed her forehead.
"You hungry?" I asked.
"Yeah"
We sat up and started to get ready. I tossed Vee one of my hoodies that had a butterfly on it and she put it on.
"Aww, you look cute" I told her
"Not as cute as you" she smirked
I laughed and we both went to get Chase. We found him in the kitchen.
"Chase me and Vee are getting breakfast, do you wanna come?"
He looked from me, to Vee, and then back at me.
"Nah you two go"
We said bye and then got in her car. I hopped in the driver's seat when I got a text from Chase.

Is it really that obvious? I don't know how I feel about making a move on Vee but Chase was right, I do like her. I'm just too afraid and too shy to tell her- as of right now. We pull up to a breakfast place and go inside. We sit down, and make small talk, blah blah blah. I mean it was nice but had a point I needed to make. I can't stand another minute looking at her knowing she's not mine. I need to tell her how I feel.
