~Later that night~
~Peter’s POV~
Amelia and I are laying down in bed, cuddling and talking about random topics.
“Peter.”
“Yes, love.” I asked stroking her hair.
“A while back there was this spring. It was at dead man’s peak. What’s that? You never showed me it.” she said.
“The spring is the heart of Neverland. That’s how everything here stay so young, so we don’t age.” I answered.
“But why is there dreamshade covering it?”
“I don’t know. It was there from the beginning, I guess. It’s probably guarding it, so no one takes advantage of it.” I answered.
“Oh ok.” she then yawned.
“Go to sleep little one.” I kissed the top of her head. “I love you.”
“I love you too, Peter.” Amy said.
She kissed me bare chest and snuggled closer to me. Our legs then intertwined together like when Amy braided her hair she does every day. I felt her breathing even and her hand that was grasping mine soften. I slowly started to fall asleep after words.
~Next morning~
I woke up the next morning, feeling a weight on my lower half and something press on my chest. I opened my eyes to see the love of my life, looking down at me with a worried look on her face.
“What’s wrong, babygirl?” I asked sitting up.
“Th-th-th-the man. The one with the golden skin, and scary eyes.”
“What about him?”
“He’s gone. Felix told me to tell you when you wake up. He said that when he went to go give the man his food, he was gone. Him and the boys are looking everywhere on the island for him, right now.” she exclaimed.
“Come on.” I said getting up.
I carried her, setting her on my hip and walking out of our shared tent. I dressed us and went to the cages, to go see. I examined the cage that held Rumple, I looked at the ties and it didn’t look the way I tied it. I smirked knowing how dumb he is, I stood up chuckling at his action. I then whistled even though it may not be that loud it’s pretty loud.
“What was so funny, Peter?”
“The man, his name is Rumpelstiltskin. He untied the ties that I tied, and then tied it back up. He tied it wrong.” I said.
“Did you check under the cage?”
I then checked under the cage and saw it was fine, nothing wrong. I then settled it back down on the ground. After that all the boys came rushing down the path with Felix leading them.
“Pan. He’s gone, no trace of him anywhere.” Felix says.
“Everywhere?” I asked and I looked around they all nodded. “Dead man’s peak, dark forest, mermaid lagoon, the river. “I listed off all of the places.
“Yes. Everywhere. We separated and went everywhere in the island.” Felix answered.
I felt tugging on my shirt, I knew it was Amy. I looked down at her, and she pointed up. I looked up and saw my other prisoner, looking down at us. I smirked and looked back at the boys.
“Bring her down. I know she has answers.” I demanded. I said walking. “Also bring her to camp, into my tent. Bind her and make sure two of you are by each of her sides when you bring her.” I walked back to camp and into the tent. I put Amy down and took off my boots, shirt, and then pants. I laid down and ran my hands over my face, I felt a soft hand run through my hair. I looked and saw Amy looking at me with concern.
