Chapter 20

I woke up the next morning and I was on the floor, great, Jai must have pushed me off, because he was now on my side of the bed, bastard. That’s it, I’m gonna get him back. I walked out of the room really quickly, but quietly not to wake Jai. I went downstairs and opened up the freezer and poured all the ice we had into a bowl and began to walk up the stairs like a ninja. That’s when I got stopped in my tracks I heard Tia’s door opening; it was Luke I looked at him and then looked at the bowl, he immediately knew what was going on “I’m gonna film it” he whispered “get him back for  last time” I said ok and we crept into my room. I took the bowl and tipped it over his head; it took him about a minute to actually wake up. “Kaitlyn, I’m going to get you” he said as he got up off his bed sorry, did I say his bed? I meant MY bed. I just ran for it, I’m quite fast at running, but he is faster, no surprise there. He caught me up and slung me over his shoulder, great I’m going in the pool, but no he took me into the kitchen and tied me to a chair, what the hell? He got every single sauce you could think of from the cupboard and started squirting me, Luke and Tia came in and being the best friend that Tia is, she helped him get me, but I would get my revenge.

Jai let me have the shower first as I was covered in sauce and the ice had dried now, I got out and Jai went in. I got dressed into my blue jeans with a white vest and a white lace jumper I left my hair curly and applied my makeup, I put on my vans with socks making sure I took deodorant to spray in the shoes, then we all headed off for bowling, Jai looked really nice he was wearing loose chinos a navy jumper, chucks and his adorable grey beanie, which he had managed to nick back from Luke. Tia was wearing stone coloured skinny jeans and one of her famous burgundy jumpers with her vans and Luke was wearing his SpongeBob top, skinny jeans, Nike’s and a red wings flat cap. Tia drove to the bowling alley complex, we went in straight away, now I think I’m the worst at bowling ever, so I got Jai to teach me how to bowl, because last time he got 4 strikes in a row. So he’s like semi-pro you know. And Tia was obviously ‘Pretending’ to be bad so Luke would help her because usually she’s amazing at bowling.

We finished, and of course Jai won then, Luke second, Tia third and me last. I knew it was coming anyway haha. After that we decided to watch a movie seeing as it was only about 2 in the afternoon, the choices were Ted or American Pie Reunion, in the end we ended up watching both, they were probably the best comedies I’d ever seen I was laughing so much I was crying. Jai, Luke and Tia also made it even funnier as well during the ads we had already started a food fight, I wasn’t that surprised to be honest, so I just joined in, I’m glad I did because it was a right laugh. Through the movie Jai put his arm over my shoulder and by the end we were holding hands, I don’t know what happened with Luke and Tia because they moved away, they probably were having a make out session somewhere, knowing them. By now we were all absolutely starving; there was a pizza hut next door, so we decided to eat there, we ordered 4 meat feast pizzas, I have to say they were lush!

We got outside and were just about to get in the car when we heard music start up, it was Troublemaker by Taio Cruz, we decided to investigate as the music was really loud and it wouldn’t just be someone in their house or playing out of their car. We walked for about 5 minutes until we came to a fair ground, me and Tia gave our best puppy eyes to them and they agreed that we could go in. After going on every ride there about twice like waltzerz, cage and the bumper cars about 10 times, we decided to go on the haunted house thing, I was literally shitting myself, I hate scary things with a passion and Jai knows it, so he said that he would go with me, because being Tia, she would scare me even more than I already was, I hated the haunted house, but then I kind of liked it as Jai was holding my hang and hugging me the whole way round, after I we got off, I looked at my watch it was 10 O’clock already we had been at the fair for 3 hours, it only seemed like hour and a half max.

 So we got into the car and drove home, my sheets were now dry, so the boys came and slept at ours, when we got home we went straight to bed. Me and Jai both love listening to music, and it just so happens that he had a splitter so we plugged both our earphones into my phone and we had singing battles to see who knew the most words, I absolutely destroyed him, but to be fair to him it was my iPod so I was going to, we discovered we both had a love for the midnight beast (listen to them they’re awesome) and ‘Videogames’ came on by them, and I know every word off by heart, as does Tia. We both started singing together but when it came to the quick fast bits he didn’t know, I just carried on but laughing at him at the same time, I looked away for what seemed like a second and I turned back, his face was near mine, it shut me up instantly, I could feel his breath on my lips, I looked into his eyes and he was looking into mine, he leaned in further and then slowly pressed his lips against mine, I kissed back, this kiss was perfect everything you would want a kiss to be, I laid down in his arms and after a while we fell asleep listening to the music.
