Chapter 34

Luke’s P.O.V:

Kaitlyn and I spent the morning just watching TV and eating loads of crap, casual. First of we got up and she made me an awesome sandwich, it went bread, egg, bread, bacon, bread, it was literally the best sandwich I’d ever had, so I’m going to make one for myself tomorrow…. Or later, hehe. First film we watched was The Expendables, Kaitlyn has a massive love for action movies and so do I, well because I am a guy. Then we watched G.I Joe, I think she only liked that because Channing Tatum was in it , because then she made me watch Magic Mike, I actually really enjoyed it. We were sitting there in our onesies for about 2-3 hours altogether. Kaitlyn went up to our room to get her phone.

That’s when Jai burst in through the door, he was out of breath all I managed to get out of him was “Hospital” and “Tia” of course, being the over-protective boyfriend I am, I ran straight out to the car to see if she was ok. I jumped in and asked her what was wrong, “my back, it.. it really hurts” she just managed to get out with loads of groans. I got Beau to drive and Gabby got in the front and I laid her flat, with her head resting on my legs. We arrived at the hospital and went straight to A&E I carried her the whole way there, even if my arms were aching like mad, I actually thought I was going to drop her at one point, I nearly started crying because it scared the shit out of me . We rushed up to a nurse who ushered for a bed to be wheeled to Tia; I then placed her on it. They rushed her into a room and started firing questions at her, I could see she didn’t want to answer them, she was in too much pain, but they had to ask otherwise they wouldn’t know what it was. They started poking and prodding her, I was about to go and shout at them, but that when a nurse came out and explained she was doing blood tests, a while later the nurse came back out and said Tia was fine and that I could take her home; I was so relieved, I thought she had done something to her spine and wouldn’t be able to walk again or something like that. I ran into Tia she looked really pale, so once again I scooped her up bridal style and rested her head on my legs in the car, we drove home and I burst in to Jai and Kaitlyn cuddling and watching step brothers, Jai helped me carry Tia upstairs and we put her to bed.

“No, I don’t want to go to bed!”  Tia said quite annoyed. “You have to get better; would it help if I went to sleep with you?” I said, she immediately started grinning, oh that girl! So I jumped in with her and texted Kaitlyn to make us all one her amazing sandwiches:

To: Kaitlyn

Hey, would you mine making Tia and I one of your amazing sandwiches, pretty please with a cherry on top? :D x

From: Kaitlyn

Yeah sure, but you owe me one Mr. Brooks! X

She then brought up two sandwiches, I’m going to get so fat, but it’s all good I’ll go gym tomorrow.

Kaitlyn’s P.O.V:

Me, Jai, Gabby and Beau were all sat down in front of the TV, I think we were all relieved that Tia was ok.  I decided I’d make some food for Tia and Luke, so I made a quick sweet and sour with rice, I left it in the microwave. We hadn’t really been out today so we decided that we would go for a drive, I really quietly walked up to Luke’s room and left a not under Tia’s phone telling them where we’d gone and that dinner was in the microwave. We got in the Audi, Beau insisted that he would drive it (it’s a rental car, so it’s legal for anyone to drive) because apparently it’s “an amazingly awesome and hot car” his words, no mine. But it is and that reminded me that I needed to ring up to rent it for another two months. We went on about a half an hour drive and we got McDonalds then drove back home.
