Jai’s P.O.V:

Beau walked in, and threw his phone onto to sofa and leaped over the back of the sofa and on to me. “She said no” he said with a sad look on his face. “Who said no to what?” I asked completely confused. ”Kaitlyn, I rang her up and asked her to go on a date with you, and she said no” “what?” was all I managed to get out, “you did what?” I was really shocked and upset. “well, me and Luke know you like her so I got Tia’s number off Luke’s phone and asked Kaitlyn out for you” he said whilst laughing at the face I was making. I literally couldn’t believe it, I really like Kaitlyn yeah, I’m not going to deny it but things were going really well between us and now they had ruined it.

“Great, thanks dicks you’ve completely ruined it for us now, she’ll never talk to me again, why the fuck did you do that?” I was about to punch Beau’s arm really hard, “I was joking she said yes, please don’t kill me” Beau said with his hands in front of him blocking my hand. “What? You guys are fucking confusing, is this a joke or something?” “Nope, 100% real” Beau said with a smirk on his face.   I was about to say something then my phone vibrated in my pocket:

He’s not joking, she said yes and sounded pretty excited about it, you should just go along with it, it will be fine, we all know you like her ;)

I decided not to text back and to just go up in my room and think about things, was I ready to go on a date with her? I’ve only know her for like 2 days, I really really like her, but maybe she just said yes not to upset me or something. I started to panic, what would we do, does she even like me? All these question’s just started running through my head, what do I do? I don’t want to cancel it to upset her, but I want to go, I just want her to be happy, oh I really don’t know.

Kaitlyn’s P.O.V:

“Right, so let me get this straight, Jai just asked me out on a date, or is it just meeting up with another friend, but not with anyone else? I’m really confused; it’s a bit early isn’t it? Tia help meee!!” I really didn’t know what to think. It might have been Luke and Beau playing a trick, that was probably what it is. Or he genuinely does like me, but he’s got thousands of fans, he would never pick me over them, this is really awkward. That’s when I received a text:

Hey, meet me at the park in 5? (:  J x

To: Jai

Yep, see you there :) K x

I was getting really fidgety as I got to the park I didn’t know what to say to him, and I had no clue what he was going to say to me either, I was slightly worried if I’m honest.

I got to the park and I saw a boy sitting on the bench wearing a grey beanie, it was jai alright, so I went up to him and put my hands over his eyes, “give it up Kaitlyn, I know it’s you” he said quite happy with himself. “Oh you guess every time, how do you do that?” “Well you’re the only person that does it so it’s a 100% chance it’s you” he said laughing. I laughed as well; this helped, as I didn’t make it awkward for us to talk. But that’s when Jai’s face turned serious; “you know about this ‘date’ thing?” Jai said “Yeah” “well, it was kind of my brothers playing a joke on me, but I still want to spend time with you” Jai said seeming quite hurt. “Yeah I guessed that, I think we should play a trick on them though” I said grinning, jai agreed, he also started grinning.

 “So what do you want to do today then?”  I asked Jai. “dare or dare?” he said with a peado smile on his face, it was still cute though, I laughed and shook my head, we caught the train to Melbourne central and then we played dare or dare for what seemed like half an hour, but it had taken us two hours! We laughed the whole way through, then we had a KFC, and caught the train back to mine, where Tia was still unpacking all of her stuff “hey gays, how was your day, I see you have been to KFC, did you bring me anything back? “As a matter of fact we did, lunchbox and a new strawberry shortcake krushem” Tia then practically jumped on me “THAAAAANNKKKYOOUU, I love you like a fat kid loves cake, so technically your my cake!!” me and Jai both started laughing, then out of nowhere a guy’s voice said “Tia where do you want your mirror?” it was Luke, he then noticed us “oh hey guys, I was just helping Tia with some…. Stuff” I went over to Luke and gave him a hug, whilst Tia had practically destroyed her lunch box and was half way through her krushem, man that girl can eat, the depressing thing is, she eats loads, probably more than Luke and that’s a lot! But she always stays really skinny, it just not fair, I wish I was like that. Jai went and helped Luke sort out Tia’s Mirror; I sat at the table with her, just watching her eat with amazement. “How did it go?” “Well.. He doesn’t like me if that’s what you mean, but it was a fun day out” I smiled, Tia smiled back. “Finished” Luke smiled, “thanks hun, you were great today” Tia said hugging Luke. “Thanks for today it was fun” I said hugging Jai “That’s ok babe, I really enjoyed it too” he kissed me on the cheek and left.
