Are you happy? A trivial question, yes, but one who's answer I hold with more weight to me than my own idea of self...but I'm afraid to ask...given the current situation I fear that either answer is one that will not please the selfish desires within.
A simple answer leaves a world of possibilities. "Yes," will not suffice because that would mean that you are happy without my presence. "No," won't be enough either because that means that you aren't happy with my presence.
