I let Jonah stay with me. I know he wants to make sure I'm ok, but all i feel is guilt. I should've spoken to Jonah sooner, but it was also his fault? He should've been honest with me.

The next morning the boys & Christina arrived and we all waited for the results.

"You know what ever happens, we're here." Jack said as he held my hands.

"We love you." Christina added, smiling at me.

"Guys, i'll be fine. It's the baby i'm worried about." I said, trying to fight back tears. "You know, its crazy, how when i found out i didn't even want it, and now it means the world to me."

The doctor came in soon after with my file. "Y/n, we need to discuss your results. Legally, we cant have this many people around you when we're talking."

Everyone got up to leave, when I looked at Jonah.
"Jonah, stay." I said as I reached for his hand. "Of course." He replied as he sat down.

"So, Y/n, you have a broken ankle and a broken rib." He said, gesturing at the crutches that he brought with him and my ankle which was in a boot. "But other than that your body is fine."

I sighed in relief. "And, the baby?"

"I'm afraid the baby didn't make it." He said, "The impact of the car was too much for it to handle."

"Oh." was all i could manage to say. Tears ran down my face. "Ok."

The doctor got up to leave. "Y/n, i'm so sorry." Jonah said as he held my hands, i shook him off.

"I'm fine." I said, wiping my tears and trying to shuffle out of my bed.

"Where are you going?" Jonah asked, touching my arm.

"To get some air." I replied, trying to grab my crutches.

"Y/n, you just got hit by a car. You need to stay in bed."

"Let go of me, Jonah." I replied, trying to stay calm.

When I got up to grab the crutches my ankle buckled beneath me and I fell to the floor. "Y/n!" Jonah yelled as he ran to me.

The tears of frustration started rolling down my face.

"I don't need you, I don't need anyone." I sobbed. "I need my baby."

Jonah got down on the floor and picked me up. He held me on the bed whilst I sobbed into his chest.

"Our baby's gone, Jonah."

"Shhh, it's ok," Jonah whispered, as he stroked my hair.
