Ignorance Destroys

Gray POV

The job I took with Lucy was easy for such a long job. All we had to do was guard a festival from being disrupted like the previous years. We only had one disturbance and it was easy to handle. Right now, we are getting off the train and, on our way, back to the guild. I wonder what's happened over the week we've been gone?

"I'm so ready to sleep in my own bed tonight." Lucy said as she stretched exiting the train.

"It hasn't been that long, calm down. We'll be back soon." Gray rolled his eyes at Lucy and they began walking to the guild. After about ten minutes of walking Lucy decided to speak up.
"I'm glad we are close to the guild, I missed everybody while we were gone, especially Levy. Did you miss anyone particular while we were gone?" Lucy smirked continuing to face forward.

"What is that supposed to mean?" he knew exactly what she was asking, and he was not about to give her the satisfaction of an answer. "No, I didn't, but I know you missed a certain flame brain while we were gone." He said getting back at Lucy.

"I told you to never tell anyone, you promised!!!" Lucy freaked out waving her hands everywhere. Gray burst out laughing and put his hand on Lucy's head.

"I didn't tell anyone, we haven't even gotten back yet, and trust me, I won't tell him, but you should." He began to walk again with Lucy right behind him.

"Here you are telling me to tell Natsu, and you haven't told Juvia, so you have no room to talk." Prodded Lucy. Gray blushed slightly but Lucy didn't see, since she was behind him. "You know how she feels about you, you need to be straight with her. Eventually she will move on and you will have missed your chance."

"I know, but I don't think that's gonna happen any time soon, considering we are talking about Juvia." They soon approached the guild hall and opened the doors. They walked in and announced their arrival.

"We're back!"
