Chapter 4- Team

Y/N pov

Slowly opening your eyes you look around to see that you are in what seems like an infirmary, your whole body aching you try sitting up when you feel something heavy laying on your arm. looking over you smile softly seeing Sapphire sitting by your bed asleep while using your arm as a pillow. you let out a soft sigh and reach over with your other hand and lightly pat her on the head.

Y/N: "Idiot, you shouldn't be worrying so much about me" 

You feel slightly guilty making her always worry about you, thinking back to when you had Yang carry her away while she screamed your name. You hear a small groan coming from Sapphire as she slowly opened her eyes and looks up, your eyes meeting for a second as she then starts tearing up. With a whine she jumps up and hugs you tightly with her arms around your neck.

Sapphire: "YOU IDIOT, I THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD!" 

Sapphire lightly hits your chest with one of her hands "I thought i was gonna be all alone..." 

She looks up at you with tears streaming down her face.

You sigh as you bring her into a hug. 

Y/N: "I'm sorry... i didn't mean to worry you"

 you wrap your arms tighter around her waist to comfort her.

After a few minutes of holding each other, Sapphire wipes away her tears and sits up. 

Sapphire: "Please don't do something stupid like that again... I don't think my heart can handle being broken one more time" 

you slowly nod sitting up as you look down at your chest where you were impaled. Opening up your shirt all you see is a large scar left 

Sapphire: "the scar was already there when you got here" 

slowly tracing a your hand over the scar you look up at Sapphire. 

Y/N: "Sapphire, i think i died... then somehow came back" 

Sapphire looks at you with a confused but also shocked look 

Y/N: "I clearly remember the Death stalker stabbing right through me with its stinger, my life slowly fade away... then i"

 you stop yourself then sit up 

Y/N: "then something seemed to save me, like a will to live and keep fighting" 

you clench your fist as you hear the door to the infirmary open. 

Around the wall comes Yang, Ruby, Blake and some white hair girl, they look over at you and are shocked that your awake. 

Ruby: "Y/N!" 

Ruby dives towards you giving you big hug 

Ruby: "we're happy your okay!" 

you chuckle softly patting her on the head. Looking over you see Yang walking over to you and hit you on the arm lightly. 

Yang: "Jeez, don't scare us like that back in the forest. We thought you up and died right after coming back" 

 Y/N: "I'm sorry i worried you guys, but who is she?"

 you point at the white haired girl. 

???: "Weiss Schnee"

 she scoffs as you slowly get up holding out your hand.

Y/N: "well its nice meeting you Weiss" 

you smile warmly while Weiss looks away, reaching out she shakes your hand.
