I woke up with my head on something hard. I slowly looked up to see Jace's face, he was sleeping. I realised I was lying on his chest and this made me smile. The memory of last night was still fresh in my mind. I smiled wider, we kissed. I may have drunk of my head but I remember it clearly. I slowly slid Jace's arm off my waist before climbing out of bed, I walked over to Jace's wardrobe, opening it I rumaged around inside. I pulled out a black shirt, I put it on letting it fall to just above my knee.
I walked over to the door, pulling it open I glanced back at Jace to see he was still sleeping. I smiled before leaving the room, closing the door softly behind me. I walked about a meter down the hall when I heard a door open, I quickly turned to see Alec standing there fully dressed smirking at me, well at what I was wearing.
"What? I had nothing to wear!" I snapped. He chuckled lightly before tossing me some clothes.
"Those are Isabelle's, get dressed I'm taking you home then we are going to train." Alec ordered.
"Training?" I asked.
"Yeah, according to Jace, on you first encounter with demons, you couldn't really fight properly, Jace and I are going to train you to be a proper shadow hunter." Alec smiled.
"Oh, okay well first I need to go home and see Linda, she'll be getting worried." I said. Alec nodded before turning and leaving.
"Meet me in the Main foyer in 10 minutes!" He called before completely disappeared round the corner. I quietly re-entered Jace's room to be greeted by a topless Jace.
"Hey." He smiled.
"Hello." I said. I pulled on the jeans before pulling of Jace's shirt and sliding the clean one on.
"How are you?" Jace asked.
"I'm good, you?" I asked.
"Yeah, I'm good too." He smiled. "So last night was fun." Jace smiled.
"Yeah it was, I have to go now though because I have to see Linda, we can hang out later though okay?" I said, putting on the clean clothes.
"Yeah, sure I'd like that." Jace smiled. I smiled back before kissing his cheek and leaving the room. I walked down the hallway and into the main foyer to be greeted by Alec.
"Ready to go?" He asked. I nodded. We headed out of the institue and in the direction of my house.
"Can people see you right now?" I whispered to Alec.
"Yeah, why?" He asked.
"Well for one I'd look like a right weirdo, and I was just wondering." I said, Alec chuckled as we approached my front porch.
"Are you coming in, I'm sure Linda won't mind." I said. Alec nodded before following me into my house.
"Alana Stevens, where have you been for the past 2 days?!" Linda bellowed, walking into the living room.
"I told you Linda, I was Mikayla's" I said.
"Oh really, then who's this?" She said pointing at Alec.
"This is Alec." I said.
"And you weren't out with him?"
"What?! No Linda, I was with Mikayla!" I snapped.
"I don't know if I trust that, what you said is true." Linda said, looking at Alec again.
"Oh, you wanna talk aboout trust now, you wanna know where I have been all this time!? I asked.
"Yes!" She snapped.
"Fine, I'll tell you I have been with Alec Lightwood, my brother, I have learnt that I am a shadow hunter. I also learnt that you knew this whole time!" I snapped.
"You found out." Linda whispered.
"Yeah found out, when were you going to tell me?" I asked.
"I was hoping you wouldn't find out." She said, looking up at me.
"You weren't going to tell me?" I asked.
"Well, no." She sighed.
"Wow." I scoffed before grabbing Alec's hand and leading him to my room. I went straight to the closet and pulled out some clothes. I then got my suitcase from under the bed and started packing my things into it.
"What are you doing?" Alec asked.
"Packing, what does it look like?" I snapped.
"Okay, why?" He asked.
"Well, I'm coming to stay at the institute, you have enough room." I said, zipping up the suitcase. Alec just nodded before lifting my case up, we walked out of my room andd back into the living room.
"Where are you going?" Linda asked.
"I'm gonna stay with Alec, I want to get to know him seeing as though he's my brother." I said. Linda nodded, I don't think she wanted to argue. I nodded at her before leaving with Alec. We quickly walked back to the institute, Alec showed me my own room so I didn't have to stay with Jace now, which I was Kind of disappointed about but I was gald too. He then told me to get dressed into something I can change into, he also told me that Jace would be training me today. I changed into my grey sweatpants and my white croptop and my trainers. I was ready! Here we go.
