Chapter 3

The first battle was Lucy against flare. Lucy lost and then it was me against Jura. I took of my cloak for the first time and I went down to the arena. I had a big dragon tattoo on my back. "I get to fight a wizard saint. This will be so easy." He just smiled and made earth come at me  I dodged it and jumped up. As I landed on the ground I created a crater. "Heat wave." A massive amount of heat came from my body and made the ground super hot. The good thing about being me was the heat never bothered me. Jura tried to avoid my attack by making a tower for himself but it basically melted. "A solar mage. Those are rare. But you don't have a lot of attacks that can hurt me. Only heat so I will beat you." This time I was laughing. "I am much more than a solar mage. Actually I am the only one with this kinda of power. So you wanna see what I truly am. Solar dragon roar." My roar is as hit as the sun it self. So I have to dial it down all the time. I wasn't even trying to hurt him. But he fell anyway. Out of the corner of my eye I saw someone staring at me. A certain shadow dragon slayer on the Saber tooth balcony. Everyone was staring as I turned my back. I had a ton of scars from bad foster homes. My tattoo just made my scars even more visible. It was a black and purple dragon. "If you have something to say say it god dammit. If you don't have anything to say then quit staring like weirdos." Luna and Jax came down with my cloak. I put it on and pulled my hood up. There were like one or two matches left but I didn't pay attention. I kept looking at the shadow dragon slayer. I wonder why he was staring. When the matches were over I was the first one to be gone. I headed to the center of town and just enjoyed myself. Luna and Jax stayed back with Guildarts to chill. Someone was following me and I wanted to know who. I walked down and alley way and climbed the fire escape. I sat on the roof as I watched down below me. I saw a shadow moving against the wall and then it turned into a person. I jumped off the roof and landed on the figure. I could tell it was a guy but his face was half hidden by the shadows. "Who are you and why are you following me?" The figure came out of the shadows and I saw it was Rouge. "You know who I am and I was following you because I want to." There was something about him that made me relax. I got off him and sat against the wall. I still had my guard up. His smell was so sweet and calming. I loved it and he was truly handsome. Oh shit please no. He can't be my soul mate. "By the look on your face I guess you just figures it out. We are soul mates." It shocked me a lot. I have never even had a crush on someone. "Let me properly introduce myself. My name is Rouge Cheney and I am a shadow dragon slayer. My dragon was Skaidrum the shadow dragon. I had to help my dragon on his suicide and that was the day I met Sting. We became best friends and we joined Saber tooth." He rolled up his sleeve to reveal his guild mark. "Well hi. My name is (yn) (ln) and I am a dual dragon slayer. I am a solar and music dragon slayer. A weird combination I know. My mom was Blaze the sun dragon and my dad was Clef the music dragon. He was the king of the music dragons and she was the queen of the sun dragons. They both ran away from there world to be together. They fell in love and then they found me. I was put into foster care when i was born and I was beaten at every home. When I was 3 I ran away and the found my dragons. People kept finding me but I always came back to my dragons. They were the first people to even give a dam about me. I loved them. They left me and I was found by Guildarts. I was 10 but I was really powerful. At age 14 I made S-class wizard. Youngest in my guild. I joined Fairy tail because they cared about me. I am 19 now." I took of my cloak a little and showed my (fc) guild mark. Without thinking I grabbed Rouges hand. He looked at me and smiled. "I don't even know you but I already want to protect you with my life. I know we will have to set some boundaries and get to know each other first. But I love you already." He put a hand on my cheek. I grabbed it and held it there. He used his other hand and placed it on my right arm. He removed it and I saw a black dragon on my arm. "If anything happens to me it will start to fade away. Just want you to have it and remember that you are mine." I placed my hand on his right arm and then I placed a little of my magic there. I removed my hand and there was a purple and yellow dragon on his arm. "Same idea. Oh and I got to go before Guildarts come to find me." I got up and placed a kiss on his cheek. I ran away before anything else could happen. I made it to the inn and I walked in. I sat by Guildarts and told him we needed to talk. "So I have found my soul mate. We just met each other and we are gonna get to know each other first. And you can't scare him off." Guildarts stood up and looked me dead in the eye. "You are to young to have a boyfriend. So you will not date anyone with out my say so and I say that you are too young. Did he already mark you. Is that a hickie I see." He was overexacterating. I stood up and we were face to face. "Well to bad. I am old enough. We are destined to be together so back off. You aren't even my real father. So why do you care. I was passed around from foster home to foster home for 10 years. I have the cuts bruises and broken bones to prove it. I don't even know what to say to you. If you loved me you would let me grow up. But it just proves that you don't love or trust me enough. Did I ever mean anything to you?" I turned around and walked away. I went up to my room and slammed the door. I was sharing a room with Cana. She came up and sat beside me. "If he sent you then don't even try." She just scoffed and looked at me. "Yeah right. I'm hear because I am your sister adopted or not. I will always get your ass out of anywhere. So what is going on." I talked to her for hours. She helped me and then put me to sleep.
