HAPPY 80th BIRTHDAY MARVEL
i guess i just want to say thank you Marvel, especially to the Avengers. i remember going to watch the Avengers when it first came out in cinemas with my family, not understanding a thing. but as i grew older, my love for Marvel grew with me. after watching each movie, i learned something about myself. like how i can be strong, how i can be brave etc.
To so many people, Marvel are just movies and comics or they are just characters. but to us, they are our family. each character has helped me in so many ways, especially my favourite, natasha. her character has taught me that girls can be fighters, they can be brave. when she sacrificed her life for the stone, it hit me like a gun. despite it all 'being fake', she saved the world, the universe. as well as the avengers, they saved me, they saved us.
therefore Mavel is not just movies and they aren't just characters. they are family, to us they are real and i couldn't be more thankful.
i honestly wish stan lee was here to witness this day. he would be so, so, so proud. i love you stan.
Happy Birthday Marvel, thank you for everything.
