this story is partly based on a tumblr post i saw (linked) and another fanfic called Denouement by lorynrichee on tumblr (linked on chapter 1).
on a side note, this story features exaggerations of real-life people (like really, Shane isn't actually a demon... or is he?) and strong language (shits, fucks, you know the deal), so don't get your knots in a twist. oh, and it's also an oc insert, but can be a reader insert if enough people want it.
