after their huge fight, aizawa and all the teachers instructed midoriya and bakugou to have bonding time. seeing as the two can't get along, they were required to stay in one or the other's room for at least an hour. nothing less but anything more.
of course, bakugou bargained. yelling at aizawa as they told the two the game-plan after they were finished cleaning the dorm as their first punishment
"YOU EXPECT ME TO STAY WITH HIM FOR AN HOUR IN A ROOM TOGETHER?" bakugou exclaimed, smoke coming out his hands
"think about it this way bakugou, an hour is 6 10 minutes." aizawa put it in a way to make the time seem shorter.
"THATS STILL 60 FUCKING MINUTES"
"language!"
aizawa turned his attention to midoriya, he was staring off into space, arms draped to his side he was looking up at what seemed to be the ceiling.
"midoriya?" aizawa said trying to snap midoriya out of it.
he sighed, stepping closer to the boy he grabbed his shoulders and started shaking him.
surely enough, it brought him back "WHaAaaAAa" he screamed as his vision was only a blur from such movement.
"what have you heard since the last 5 minutes?" aizawa asked, stepping back and putting his hands back in his pockets.
"uhm well, you said.." he paused, the last thing he remember is aizawa starting to talk about another punishment but bonding exercise "uhm, another punishment?" he answered as more of a question the man anything.
aizawa made a mmm sound, taking in midoriya hasn't heard anything ever since he walked in
"start paying attention problem children or i will bump it up to 2 hours" he said as a threat more than anything
bakugou looked at aizawa angrily as midoriya was still confused on this so called "punishment"
aizawa took note midoriya still didn't get it, he sighed "ill say this one final time, you and bakugou are required to stay in a room together for an hour or more due to your fight. it's a bonding exercise for the both of you." he said calmly, walking back out the doors he came through.
they turned to each other, bakugou's eyes filled with envy as midoriya was more on the calm side.

they arrived to bakugou's dorm, sitting down on the bed on opposite sides, they sat in silence. after about 30 seconds midoriya felt a buzz from his back pocket.
lifting himself up to pull his phone out his back pocket, he saw a text from uraraka.
Uraraka-San🎈✨: Hey Deku! I saw you and Bakugou go into the same room, what's that about?
ah i forget she was on the same floor as kacchan, he opened the text and sent a reassuring message back.
"It's nothing! Aizawa-Sensei wants Kacchan and I to have a bonding exercise where we stay in the same room for at least an hour because of our last fight 😅"
he hit send, clicking his home button he went to a folder of games he has, clicking on one he got up to go sit on the chair in front of him. as he was getting up bakugou turned around.
"the hell do you think you're going?" he snarled
midoriya sighed, not being able to catch a break from bakugou "to the chair?" he said, sitting down he still faced bakugou, awaiting for a response.
