Just as the thought popped into my mind, the lock in the front door turned.
I stood up and brushed the leaves off my legs, making my way back inside.
Instead, I was greeted by two people.
One being my mother.
The other being someone I was not expecting at all.
Mum was happy.
I should've been too.
But I had no idea what to do.
