Harvey Dent watched Batman.

He was dressed in a fancy grey suit.

His hands were burned; his face were also burned. His black trousers...as well as his black belt, were forced up.

He smiled at Commissioner Gordon...with his human face.

"You believe in justice, Commissoner? You believe in what we are doing in Gotham City? I know the Mob owes you for each...and every election; I know. And you sit here and tell every citizen of Gotham City why I suffered; why I suffer all day...and night. Why you won't jail the Mob? Do I care about you now...since you've conqured the city by jailing The Joker and The Penguin; by arresting Poison Ivy; by arresting the Riddler...

..."And, yet, since you're on a roll...have you let them go because elections are coming up. And you signed the papers to let them go...as I've said...because of pressures...I know about pressures; I know about pressures...And you let them plan...and plot...and devise their plans. And the messages that contribute to fear...And the letters by The Riddler...And Poison Ivy's murderous behavior when you ruined her greenhouse...And upset the whacko American Environmental Lobby...".

"And you don't have to make me bad...".

"Make you bad, Commissioner. I fear that you're not the right man for the job. I shall place my vote to kick you out of office. Good day!".

And he walked away from Gotham Hall...and waved to the media and journalists. They yelled; they screamed; they forced their silver colored microphones into his face.

"Mister Dent, are you running of Commissioner?", Vickie Vale asked.

"No, I am a lawyer. But I have friends who can take him on. And, very soon, he will not be beholden to the Mob; he'll be beholden to the laws of Gotham City. Thank you!". And he left the stone steps of the Hall, then headed into the passenger-side door of the new, gleaming, limousine. Davis, the driver, closed the door.

Harvey put his seatbelt on...then rested his tired face...as he was driven away to his Mansion in the rich district of Gotham City.
