CAMILA'S POV

I love you...

Those same words kept repeating in my head over and over again. It sounded so unbelievable but yet surprising cause I would imagine Damon liking me but love? I never imagined that.

It also sounded kinda obvious because the way he was treating me/behaving around me( except the part where he was being a total asshole)was a bit confusing of why he's treating me the way he was but now it's not confusing anymore.

Holy shit! He loves me!

Can you believe that? Damon Alexander, one of the most ruthless, coldest CEO, loves me!

I just stood there not moving one muscle in my body. I was in total shock. It wasn't something I thought I'd ever hear, especially from him and now hearing it, left me utterly speechless.

I kept my eyes on him and could see he was waiting for me to say something, anything and to be honest with you, I didn't know what to say.

I mean, do I love him too?

I do feel something when I'm around him, like I'd get butterflies, or my heart beat would increase and I would get super duper nervous around him but are those signs that I love him too?

I'm not quite sure but I could say I....like him. I really like how he's changed from being such an asshole to being such a nice person now. Yeah, he's quite likable but I don't know if I love him as yet.

Maybe I'll have to find out by hanging out with him more and take note about how my body reacts around him, then I'll know. Maybe...

"Camila" My name was suddenly called and I was pulled out of my thoughts to see Damon looking over to me and I realize that he had just called my name.

"Y-yes?" I stammered and he opened his mouth to talk but I quickly beat him to it. "Why?"

Yes, I just asked him why he love me cause no one can say they love you without a reason, right? There should always be a reason that someone love you and I wanted to hear his.

Damon cleared his throat before taking a breath and answered. "Because....there's just something about you that draws me closer to you and make me can't stop thinking about you. You're stuck in my head 24/7 and I've tried almost every single solution that can help me to get you out of head but nothing works. I love you not only because you're the mother of our son but because you're just this amazing person. You're not someone who throws themselves to a person for money or tries to get with me because I'm rich. You're a simple girl who I find simply beautiful in everything you do and I've fallen for that simple girl.
