The moment she talk less and keep silent makes me realize that she must be notice that something's different about me. Sht, why I couldn't cover myself better? Why I can't hide anything from her?
"What's wrong, Tae? Did something bothered you? You seem off today, you don't even listen to me." She asked after what seems like forever.
It was red light, so I inhales deeply and turn to her who already staring at me with a pair of her cute eyes. It was filled with questions and worries.
"I'm sorry, Choa. I just got something bothering my mind. I'm sorry if I didn't pay attention to what you were saying." I tried to flash her my smile but she still keep that gaze, as if she wanted to know more. "I'm okay, really. I'm just tired that's all. Don't worry about me." I added a bit more. Then I turn my attention back to the front and start driving again.
"Are you sure?" Her short cold question makes me nervous. I don't even know why.
Maybe because I know that I'm lying to her?
Because I'm not actually okay?
"Y-yeah. I'm okay. Don't worry." I let out an awful laughs but she didn't react.
"Tae, we could just cancel the coffee time if you feel tired." I turned to her almost in instant and shake my head.
"No. No I'm okay, really! I already promised you to take you there, and we will go there." I uttered with panic. This is what I scared about. Me ruining the bond with her that I've been built for a year.
"No, Tae. You're not okay and you know it. Just drive me home and you can go back to rest at your place." Sometimes I hate how stubborn she is.
She never listen to me.

"Choa, please. Listen to me for this time. Let's just go there and I'll tell you everything there, is that okay?" It flew out from my mind accidentally and Choa looks surprised, just like the way I did.
Maybe the panic effect makes my brain form any offer possible to stop her changing the plan.
"I don't want to force you, Tae, if you're not ready, I'm respecting your privacy." She's such a sweetheart. Can't she stop being so perfect?
She's just driving me insane as days passed by.

"I can see why my daughter like you. So, when will the marriage will happen?" I almost choke when he talked about me being his son earlier, now what, the marriage date?

"Next year!" I slapped myself mentally again for blurting out some random answer.
"Next year? Really?" He looks surprised but not gonna lie, he looks happy about it. A wide smile was plastered on his face but what he said next was makes me even more weak. "Can't it be sooner?"
"Y-yeah???!" I was so surprised that I think I can't handle my facial expression anymore. Next year is already too fast for both us. I mean, we still need lots of preparation and I'm sure Cindy agreed with me. Now he said, sooner?

"I didn't mean to rush you, Son. I just can't wait for it. I'm too excited." He let out his fatherly laugh. Probably having fun enjoying my panic mode.
"Ah-ha ha ha ha ha. Yeah." Min Yoongi, seriously? Can't you pull off better laugh in front of your soon-to-be father in law?
"But Son, can you keep a secret for me?" His sudden next sentence brought my attention back to him. Secret?
"What do you mean, Dad?" wow, now I could call him Dad without being awkward.
"I have to tell you something but you have to promise me that you'll keep this, especially from my candy."
