Purple

“Papa! Look! Look!” I happily squealed as I ran down the stairs, my arms outstretched in front of me. Everybody in the room turned to me as I entered the bar.

“I see you’re feeling much better Squirt!” Miss Rusty said to me with a smile, giving me a couple head pats to. I thank her with a big hug before running to the bar where Papa and Uncle Ban are sitting at.

“I’m not sick anymore! Wait … is that a dead body?!” I jump onto Uncle Ban as I look at the small body slumped over on the bar.

“No, it's just King.” Papa plucked me from Uncle Ban and set me back on the ground. I raise an eyebrow before going over and poking the body. 

True enough, it was alive.

“I’m just bored, Squirt.”

“Oh ok!”

I scratch my head a little, what did they do that made king tired? I mean, he is the sin of sloth so maybe that's why?

Oh well, that sounds like a little too much energy to use to find out so … 

I jump onto Hawk's back.

"Hawk! Is there any food?!" 

I wrapped my big muscle arms around his neck. Maybe checking him out a little.

Everybody just continued on their previous conversation as I kept hugging Hawk. He seems to be struggling to breath.

"Are you ok Hawk? Want some water?"

Hawk didn't respond and instead threw me into Miss Rusty.

Rude!

"Squirt." Miss Rusty said as she patted my head. "You can't give people tight hugs."

"But that's how Papa and I hug!"

" ... "

"What?"

"Oh nothing!" I give Miss Rusty a weird look before standing up.

After a while of Papa and the other adults talking, this metal lady came up outta nowhere and then I saw a big light.

Paying attention and staying focused isn't always my strong suit.

Papa says its called ADHD, Adolescent Demon Hyper Disorder.

Sounds about right!

"Hello there little girl."

"Hello miss metal lady! Can you tell me where I am? Papa hates it when I don't get home after 3 days of being gone."

I politely ask miss metal lady, looking around the dark cave looking room. 

Quickly seeing a stone tablet with a purple portal behind it and running to it.

"3 days … uh nevermind, I've been asked to take you here so wait for sir Helbram."

I tilt my head in confusion. "Sir Helbram? Who is that?"

Miss metal lady groaned, sliding her gloved hand down her metal face. Does it hurt if you do that too often if your face is metal?

I'll ask her later after I meet this sir Helbram man.

"He has green hair. Anyway I have somewhere to be. Tata ~ !"

Miss metal lady vanished into a bright light like I saw before. A little strange but I've done that too on accident.

But I learned that hawks are very nice animals from it!

"Oooo it's so purple!"

I gush over the purple looking portal. A few big fat arms are sticking out of it but that's ok! I shook their hands and broke off a few on accident …

Their kinda looking tasty right now, but I can't just eat somebody's dismembered hand without permission!

"Hey mister demons, or whatever you are, can I eat your dismembered hands?"

"REEEEEEEEE!"

"I'll take that as a yes."

I grab the red hand and snap my fingers. It starts to float and I snap my fingers again with the hope of creating fire under it but it turned to dust.

"Aw … I can't eat dust, so what do I do now?"

"You can get some food after I'm done with you." 

I turn to the voice, finding a young green head fairy boy. I guess he's sir Helbram. Never thought he'd be a fairy.

"Hello mister sir Helbram! What are you going to be doing to me? Does it involve food?"

Mister Helbram chuckled at me, doing the floaty thing fairies do, and ruffling my hair. I groan, whining a little bit.

"You're just like Hendrickson said you would be. So cute ~ "

"Isn't mister Hendrickson a bad guy?"

I tilt my head to the side, taking a cautious step back towards the purple portal.

"Well, it depends on how you think about it Squirt."

"I'm sorry, thinking is too hard to do right now. You are a bad guy right? So I have to get out of here now. Bye bye!"

I wave at mister sir Helbram as I run into the purple portal.

Wait, didn't Papa tell me purple is a bad color when someone is doing magic things? Oh well, I can not think about that later.

"WAIT DON'T GO IN THERE!"

Mister sir Helbram screamed as he flew(?) over to me.

Too bad for him I've spent years running away from the fastest man in the world, my Papa!

"Too late mister green fairy!"

The portal migger opening thingy closed behind me and all I saw was darkness. But there were a few presences of  VERY powerful people.

"Umm, hello?"

I snap fingers and actually light a flame this time! But then it went out. 

A little weird but that might be because of the purple portal thing I went through.

"It's been so long since I've heard your voice ~ ! I was beginning to think I may forget about it."
