Gender dysphoria is something experienced by trans people - it's basically things about your assigned gender at birth that don't match the gender you identify as and make you uncomfortable. The levels of discomfort vary depending on what it is and who it is, and there are two main sub categories of gender dysphoria.

Physical dysphoria - what it sounds like. It's things about your body, like voice, hair, chest, etc

Social dysphoria - this is where it gets complicated. Social dysphoria overlaps largely with physical dysphoria, as physical things can make you dysphoric. It's different because it's how society perceives you that makes you dysphoric. It's people thinking you're a boy when you're not. Now that probably isn't the best explanation, but it's the best I could do in five minutes.

Obviously everyone's dysphoria differs, and binary and nonbinary trans folk often experience different kinds of dysphoria.

I can't speak for binary trans folk, so I'll be talking about my personal experience with nonbinary dysphoria in the next chapter.
