It was Tuesday, a new day. You had an amazing boyfriend. You were quickly reminded this by seeing you together all over school gossip sites and Pictergram,
"Here we go again," you muttered under your breath as you got ready.
You were happy to see your friends Peter and Ned when you were all one the bus, things were going great that day - minus the nosy teenagers.
You stood around your lockers when you arrived at school. You noticed a small group of students standing near,
"So where do you think she even came from" one said in hushed tones,
"I don't know and I think Peter can be pretty fishy too," another said,
"H-Hey.. don't say that about P-Peter!" A shy-looking girl you hadn't seen before said.
You weren't comfortable anymore so you leaned over and whispered in Peter's ear if you could all go elsewhere to which he agreed to.
The shy girl seemed really weird and almost flustered, the thought of her liking Peter crossed your mind but you quickly shook it.
You were sitting on some grass by the football field Ned had left for lesson but you didn't have one for another period. You and Peter lay on the grass and started looking at the clouds and saying what shapes they were.
"That one's definitely a horse," you say,
"I see where you're coming from but what if it's a reindeer?" Peter said, turning to you.
"Hmm, maybe" you said also, turning to him.
Peter brushed some of your loose hair behind your ear and looked in your eyes lovingly,
"I really love you." He said softly,
"I really love you too," you replied leaning in and kissing him.
"And I really hate you, (y/n)" a voice from afar uttered that neither you or Peter could hear.
Everything in that moment was perfect for you, he was the reason you came here and he was the reason you stayed. It didn't cross either of your minds that someone may be there, you were too caught up laughing and smiling.
