If New Orleans was a safe haven for all the kin that weren't human, the oddly placed building in a town a short drive from the city limits was where they went to explore something otherworldly. There were no signs on the building that sat on the edge of town, surrounded by high fences, alleys and more fences that protected a parking lot full of noticeably expensive cars. It was a pleasure club, if you asked the right people, though it had more protection than most banks or cartel hide outs.
The doors of the front lobby looked like glass, that were tinted to prevent anything but vague shadows being seen. They weren't made of a material common on Earth, in fact, the only thing that could get through the panes of opaque material would be two Angels battling to the death.
Two guards stood in the lobby, they looked vampire, and preliminary senses would see them as vampires. Same with the rest of the security within the building itself, a more experienced eye would notice that they were not quiet. Like a great deal of the patrons and entertainers, not all were what they seemed, though all forms of creatures were welcome, if they were screened.
People weren't very trusting here, and it might have something to do with being outside the generally considered safe area of New Orleans but also because whatever and whomever owned the building was not on any system of information in this realm.
Urdu didn't like people looking into her business most of the time. In fact, she could count on one hand who she willingly shared that information with. So this venture didn't show up on any radar held by those in power in this realm. If it did, that radar was usually destroyed, along with its user, quite quickly.
Striding through the darkened hallways, her eyes scanning through the doorways as she passed. Owning this place had more to do with the fundamental side of her being, pleasure and pain was like a drug to her, it was sustenance, it was where she went to relax. Now that Baltha was up and running his side of things, she had a little more time to play.
Wearing her vampire form, dressed in a smart black pant suit with a light pink blouse that showed a fair amount of cleavage, she blended in with most of the clientele. Demons weren't common on this Earth so any who had come here to visit would choose a less obvious form, like her.
She paused outside the door that led into a room that contained the rougher, darker sides of pleasure, letting her eyes settle on the display on the stage, breathing in the pleasure coming from performers and observers. Dom and Sub, a release from one's normal life. It was a rush that sometimes had nothing to do with sensuality.
Urdu grinned at the thought, before turning and starting towards the main room, hearing the doors click shut and Guards move into place after she passed them. The main part of the club was as expected, a dark room with a large central stage and three smaller ones, discreet seating areas, all with excellent views of the entire room. A bar that served a large variety of drinks and several doors that led further into the building. One led to the hallways of private rooms, another towards her security suite and still more to the back areas where those who worked in the building came from.
"Boss." The fire demon who currently appeared as a shapeshifter, in her human form, stepped up beside her and nodded off to one of the booths.
She followed the nod with her gaze and let out a soft breath. Lucifer, sitting there as a human, including an expensive suit and a slightly intoxicated swagger. The dark lord didn't glance her way, though she felt his acknowledgement of her awareness. He was currently watching the side stage, sitting alone, arms spread out along the back of the booth. The most expensive bottle of scotch in their bottle service was on the table in front of him, a half filled glass in one of his hands. His tie was loose and crooked, shirt opened a couple buttons, giving him the look of ruffled, drunk playboy.
