This is fluff, it's not another angst x) came up with this when sitting in my nans garden and I haven't read something like it before (but it might be out there?) so I hope you all like the au <3

No Ones POV

Patton rose from his soft sheets, letting out a not so quiet yawn when he stretched his arms above his head. It was the starts of a new day so it was another day he has the chance to make people smile!

Rolling out of bed, he walked over to his dresser, eyes quickly scanning the calendar above by his mirror but not really looking at it.

Tugging out a light blue sweater and a pair of brown jeans, he quickly got changed for his day. Patton works at a petite flower shop just down the road from his apartment.

Walking to the window, he pushed it up to it was now open. He looked down into the flower bed that lays there. For now it has just been soil since the boy couldn't think of what to do with it. There were so many choices of arrangements he could choose from. What flowers would he choose, the size, the colour and if they would look nice together.

Looking up from the soil, he saw that the apartment across from him had a new resident! Excited, he jumped up and down. He has a new neighbour! Pacing back and forth, he was wondering what the new person was like.  Their gender, personality and not to mention sexuality.

How could he have forgotten about their arrival? He marks everything down at least somewhere. Moving back to his calendar and properly looked at it this time. Eyes widening, he read a little note that was on today saying 'New neighbour!!!!' with a little cat face sticker next to it.

Running back to the window he ran towards the window once more. Two good things about the construction of the two buildings is that there was only a ally way separating the buildings and that the neighbour has a direct window across from his. The setup reminded him of one of Taylor Swift's music videos but he can't remember which one it was.

Then.... he saw him.

The other had just opened his curtains open and let the sunlight into his room. However he did not see Patton as he was looking down. A book was in his hands and he was reading.

Patton's POV

I stared at the man for a little bit as he backed away from the window slightly but not out of my sight. He looked around the same age as me, if  not then a little older. It was a tall man, taller then me definitely, he has a fitting dark blue button up shirt, a black tie and black dress trousers/pants. I concluded that he must be professional and cared about his appearance.

He had dark brown hair that had a hint of dark blue at the roots. It was kept neat and didn't look messy in the slightest. On his face where sleek pair of black glasses that fitted so well. He had a sharp jawline and thin lips. However his eyes got my attention the most.

They where hidden behind his glasses but I could still see them.  They were dark blue and were focussed on the words he was reading. I wanted to see them up close but I knew that wouldn't be possible. In conclusion, he was a really handsome man and I can feel my heart going faster and my breath hitch just by looking at the man!

How would I be able to talk to him? Maybe I could go round with some home baked treats like cookies and say welcome to the neighbourhood... no he doesn't seem like the type to enjoy that due to no welcome matt by his front door.

Another reason not to do that was because it was just to basic and normal these days. Greeting new people that way was just boring to me.

I sat on my bed, trying to think of a fun way to do it. That was until I thought of a great idea! Maybe one of the best I've ever come up with.
