This is just going to be straight up fluff. Nothing but Fluffy goodness.

The air was cold as Logan walked down the path to school. The weather was beginning to really annoy the boy as his hair whipped in his face and he had too constantly push up his glasses. Don't even get him started on the fact that he couldn't read the book in his hands as the wins kept moving the pages.

Logan was holding a new book his sister had got him but he had barely been able to read a page so he just held the book in his hand instead, aiming to read it once he was inside as he hadn't anticipated the wind and temperature to be as bad as it was.

Patton ran through the park as he let the wind flow through his hair. He could feel his backpack moving side to side but there wasn't that much in it so it didn't hurt the boy or falter his running. The excited boy was running as he wanted to get to school early and catch a certain someone in the library.

Patton has had a crush on a classmate for a long time, said crush was always in the library at least an hour before form. He had found this out through one of his friends (Virgil) who had seen him while Virgil was getting himself a ice tea and hot coco for Patton. Ever since, the pastel loving boy went there to admire his crush and maybe get some studying done as well. A little bit creepy but Patton didn't think of that much.

That being said, the boy skilfully jumped over a wall that was in his way before turning a corner and finally arriving at school. Stopping for a moment, the boy caught his breath before entering the building with a wide smile. He gleefully said good morning to the reception lady who is very fond of the adorable boy. To be honest, he was the favourite to nearly the whole staff apart from the music and theatre  teachers who had different favourites which just so happened to be the boys friends.

Pushing open the oak library doors, the boy tiredly made his way over to a table and sat down. He waited for a while with his head on the table as he was exhausted from running. A few minutes later, he felt a tap on his shoulder so he looked up.

There was his crush, Logan Oak, standing right next to him. "You shouldn't be sleeping like that, you can hurt your back and you should have had the recommended amount of sleep per night." he said as he looked at the younger.

Patton was too stunned with his wide blue eyes and slightly parted lips to even barely take in Logan's words. That was until he realised he probably looked weird so he shook his head and answered the confused other. "Sorry! and I did get sleep I just- I just ran to school..." Patton chuckled as he massaged the side of his neck.

There was a bit of awkward silence between the two until Patton took charge, finally finding some courage to do something he never thought he could do. Talk to his crush. "Would.. would you like to sit with me?" Patton sheepishly asked.

To his surprise, Logan pulled out the chair next to the boy and sat down; not realising the tension/emotion of the moment. Patton gripped at his sweatshirt, hoping that his erratic heartbeat would slow down and the butterflies In his tummy would go away.

Logan had started to get out the book he was trying to read from before but wasn't able to start yet. Then the boy realised something. Turning to Patton, he asked the flustered boy a question. "Pardon my manners but I had never asked your given name?"

"Patton! Patton Baker." he said, blushing, which caused him to try hide his face.

"Logan Oak." The elder one responded. I know  thought Patton. Logan began to open his book to the first page and started to read the first chapter while Patton shyly watched him for a few seconds.
