Nita's City Life

Chapter 1: Preparation

It was the 7th of July, a clear sunny day in Brawl Town. It was a very quiet day, too. Only the sounds of far away brawls ran throughout the quiet town.
Suddenly, the silence was broken by a loud scream.
'You WHAT??!!' Nita shouted angrily at Bo in their house.
'That's right, Nita,' Bo muttered while covering his ears. Nita's screams were super loud! 'I had sent you, Leon and a few others to school. You guys must study there for about a month.'
Nita was ready to explode. 'Why in the name of God are you sending me to school?! Aren't schools closed now? It's the summer solstice holidays!!'
'Apparently not,' Bo smirked. 'This school is open throughout the summer holidays and the only holidays are on the last week of the month. Besides, it's located in a mortal city that's called Tiaro City.'
Nita face palmed herself. She forgotten that the world she lived in was filled with lots and lots of different places because of the two realms. 'But why can Leon just take off his hoodie?! Why do I need to wear my Shiba Nita skin?! Do you think I even like that skin?! Why can't I just-'
'Nita. Samura,' Bo grumbled angrily. 'Do you think you're dress is acceptable in a mortal society, even if you take off your bear hide?'
Nita clenched her fists, but she knew that Bo was right. Any mortal will be afraid to see a girl wearing a weird dress and pants whilst being accompanied by a red bear, hence a city that is filled with mortals will create even bigger chaos.
'DAH!!!' Nita howled angrily as she threw her fists into the air. 'Fine! Whatever you say! I'm going to just pack my stuff now!'
With that, she charged up the staircase and into her room, slamming the door loudly behind her. The loud boom echo throughout the once-again silent town.
Leon and Crow went into the living room. 'Haven't told her the truth, huh?' The duo asked Bo in unison.
Bo shook his head. 'She's too angry and aggressive right now. I can't tell her anything at the moment,' he sighed.
'Don't worry, Bo,' said Leon. 'I'll be sure to tell her one day and make sure she doesn't demolish the school.'
'I doubt that the school will not have any signs of destruction until the end of your studies,' Crow smirked, which rewarded him with an elbow jab from Bo.
In Nita's room, the little 8-year-old girl was literally hurling everything she could find into her luggage bag. Clothes, books, stationery, anything that might come in handy. She was surprised to find a lot of casual clothes beneath her large pile of teal-green dresses.
'What else is there... Oh, right,' Nita murmured, though her angry voice made it sound like a soft scream. She turned around and looked at her desk, which had a package from Supercell on it. She just received the package a few days ago, and she already knew what's inside of it.
'Should I take my Hyper-bear pendant or my Bear With Me pendant......' Nita mumbled as she walked towards her desk. The Hyper-bear pendant was yellow in colour whereas the other pendant was green.
'I guess it's time to try something new,' Nita shrugged as she tossed the Hyper-bear pendant into her bag, taking off her original Red Bear Jewel.
'Nita! Hurry up! You guys are supposed to leave TODAY,' Bo shouted loudly.
Nita cringed. 'Just a while!' She replied with an even louder shout.
'Oh, I hate this so much,' Nita growled as she looked at herself in the mirror. She always thought that her Shiba Nita skin makes her look too cute and weak.
With heavy footsteps, Nita trudged down the staircase with her luggage bag, her face still red with anger and embarrassment.
Leon was already at the door, sucking away at a lollipop. As soon as he saw Nita emerge from the stairway, his lollipop fell out of his mouth because he started to laugh uncontrollably.
'Oh my goodness! You look so funny and weak in that skin!!!' Leon taunted as he made a face, which Nita saw very clearly since Leon was not covering his face at all.
'SHUT UP!!!' Nita howled as she kicked her twin brother in the ribs, ignoring his painful yelps that followed.
'Go to Town Hall. The rest are already there,' Bo commanded to the two twins.
Over at Town Hall, Shelly, Colt, Jessie, Brock, Penny and Bibi were already waiting impatiently, all dressed up in casual clothing, they luggage bags right by their side. Nita can't bear to hide the disappointment in her face; she stood out the most in the group.
Bibi popped the bubble she was blowing. 'Took you two long enough, shorties,' she grumbled, her voice filled with irritation.
'Hey! You're super-duper short for a girl of your age!!!' Nita shouted back, but Bibi wasn't listening. In fact, nobody wanted to hear Nita's rumbling rants since she was totally clueless on what's about to happen. Even Jessie gave her the cold shoulder.
'Hora de ponerse en marcha, time to get going,' Shelly muttered as she grabbed the handle of her luggage and started to walk towards the orange platform. 'We don't want to miss the day for signing up.'
The others nodded their heads and headed for the platform as well.
The glass platform started to spark even brighter than ever when the eight brawlers steeped onto it. After that, Shelly started to murmur an address.
'Building 1 of Sidawa Academy, Conifer Street, Tiaro City, Scitia.'
Suddenly, orange light started to flood the entire Town Hall. When it died down, Town Hall was empty, and the team had been teleported to Tiaro City.
Bo was watching from the window of Town Hall. Then, he shook his head and sighed.
Crow walked up to him. 'You know, if things get even worse out there, we can bring the others to help us.'
'You're right,' Bo sighed again. 'This is going to be an epic and dangerous robo battle.'
Crow looked at him, then turned around, facing the Junker family's house. He pulled Bo along with him. 'C'mon, let's see if Pam is ready with our mecha suits.'
