NSA Bio-lab Clover : Co-ordinates (N##-E##) I - June 16 Full Containment Breach Report
June 16 22:00 PM: Laboratory crew (Team 1-C) were ordered by Dr. Kingston to run regular their nightly check-up routine on the A-H Abnormalities in the P-Class Containment Hold at Bio-lab Clover.
22:17 PM: (Team 1-C) congregates at the Containment Hold later than nessessary. The team was also late to operate feeding time earlier in the day, recalling an "disturbing aura" had unnerved them from proceeding the check-up routine.
22:21 PM: Dr Kingston, Prof Norton and Systems Analyst Miss Renway were called to the Containment Hold when security cameras from inside the hold were dysfunctional.
22:28 PM: Miss Renway discovers that the security camera's suffered significant damage at approximately 9:45 PM where the last recorded footage showed the camera's view became "unclear and shaky" before they all simultaneously malfunctioned.
22:33 PM: (Team 1-C) was ordered to investigate the Containment Hold by Dr Kingston, who had been frustrated with the teams previous behaviour involving their recent work ethic.
22:35 PM: (Team 1-C) bypass the security checks at P-Class Containment Hold.
23:21 PM: (Team 1-C) fail to communicate back to Miss Renway 46 minutes of being within the Containment Hold.
23:37 PM: Dr Kingston, Prof Norton and Miss Renway enter the hold as the hour passes without contact with (Team 1-C).
June 17 00:16 AM: Code Black is issued across the facility as the P-A-H Abnormal Entities within the times of 9:45-12:40 released themselves from their enclosures. 12 Specimens escaped from the from Bio-Lab Clover within the time period before the Station-Wide Lockdown. Dr Kingston, Prof Norton and (Team 1-C) were found deceased and 9 other casualties were confirmed.
00:38 AM: Lockdown is lifted.
The A-H Abnormalities that escaped into the wild could not be traced near-by, orders have been issued to keep this information from the public.
The threat level is at a low-medium base level. Although A-H Abnormalities organised within P-Class (Predator Class) are much more likely to commit acts of violence against humans, The common traits shared amongst A-H Abnormalities have a tendency to flee human contact in situations where the specimen perceives the human as a threat.
But considering the reports on effective and ineffective uses of physical persuasion on the A-H Abnormalities, the escaped entities of which have experiences physical persuasion will have a higher tendency to attack humans.

BLUE: Low-Medium NAVY: Medium
BLACK: Medium-High
PURPLE: Unstable (Requires immediate action)
