Pairing(s): Drarry.

A/N: This was suggested on a previous oneshot in this book with the same name, go and read that if you haven't already. The original one is only Draco's POV, and HeyitsCharlotteHI wanted to see what it would be like through Harry's POV, so here it is!

Fifth Year

Harry POV:

Ah. Another day in Hogwarts. Another day without Quidditch. Another day with Umbridge and Snape. Another day of hiding how I feel from Draco.

Yes, Draco, not Malfoy, Draco.

I have a crush on him since First Year. He hates me, I am sure, but I don't. How can you hate him for what he has done when it is not his fault? He is forced by his father, his family, the purebloods and their expectations. I hope one day he can break free of those bonds.

After breakfast, Ron, Hermione, and I head to our first lesson of the day, Potions with the Slytherins.

We sit in our seats and Snape asks us a question about brewing the Draught of Living Death (A/N: I know they do it in the sixth year, but deal with it). Only Hermione knew the answer and her hand was raised in the air while she practically bounced on her seat. As usually, Snape didn't acknowledge and at first it infuriated me, and it still does, but now I have gotten used to it.

What I didn't think would happen is Draco standing up to Snape and saying, "Granger obviously knows the answer, professor. Just ask her."

Everyone was shocked. Snape's star student, Draco Malfoy, just talked back to him! And he didn't call Hermione a you-know-what.

Snape didn't do anything, just glared at him and ignored what he said. Then, even louder than before, Draco shouts, "Professor! I said that you should ask Granger the answer!"

Snape's face was as red as a tomato. It was hilarious. But he still didn't listen. Getting annoyed, Ron shouted, "Why ask a question if you don't want to be answered?"

"Detention, Mr. Weasley," Snape responded, obviously.

I think Draco had lost his brain when he said, "Professor, you forgot about my detention!"

Snape sighed in frustration before saying, "Detention, Mr. Malfoy."

And that idiot, that beautiful, blonde idiot, smiled at Snape and said, "Thank you," before settling down in his seat.

To say the class was confused would be an understatement. What the hell happened to him? He is never this nice to the Gryffindors. I don't think much about it and continue with the lesson. In the end, Snape holds Draco back, probably to ask him what the hell is wrong with him because I wanted to ask him the same question.

The next lesson was transfiguration with the Ravenclaws, which went relatively normally. On the way to lunch with Ron and Hermione, I saw Draco heading out in the direction of Hagrid's Hut. I tell Ron and Hermione I was going to the bathroom and follow Draco at a distance.

He goes and knocks on the door. Hagrid opens the door with a smile, probably thinking it is us, but it fades when he sees Draco.

"Malfoy, what is it?", he asks him.

"I came to say I am sorry."

"What?"

"I am sorry for everything I ever did to you. I honestly always admired you and wanted to be your friend but my dad told me not to. But now I have decided to live my life my way, so, here I am," Draco explains.

Hagrid smiles and says, "Come in Draco."

I can't believe it. Draco changed. He actually changed, and for the better. I am so glad about that. I waited behind a tree for most of the lunch, waiting for Draco to leave. He finally left when there were 5 minutes left for the next lesson to start. I then knock on Hagrid's door. He opens the door, smiles, and invites me inside.

"What is it, Harry?"

"Nothing. Why was Dra-Malfoy here?"

Hagrid laughed and said, "Because he has changed and wanted to talk. And you know that I know you like him, right? You can call him Draco."

Hagrid was the only one who knows about my feelings for Draco because he kind of guessed it and then asked me if it was true. I could have said no, but I didn't want to lie to him.

He then told everything Draco told him, about wanting to live his life his way, and what he was going to do next. "I am not supposed to tell anybody this, especially you, but I have to. He is going to confess to his crush during dinner."

I felt the air get knocked out of my lungs. I couldn't breathe. I felt tears pricking my eyes but I pushed them back as I asked, "Who is that?". My voice was shaking.

"You," Hagrid answers with a smile on his face.

"W-what?", I ask confused.

"Draco likes you too, Harry, since the First year. You both have the same misunderstanding."

The world stopped spinning. Everything was silent as I took that information in. Draco likes me. Draco likes me. Draco likes me. Draco likes me

He then tells me everything Draco told him and I leave right before my next lesson starts, which was Charms. After that, we had Care of Magical Creatures with Hagrid and the Slytherins. As we all gather together in front of Hagrid, Draco, who is the closest to him right now, says, "Hey Hagrid!".

"Hi, Draco. Ok, class..."

Everyone was shocked when they saw that interaction. Ron, Hermione and I were all looking at Draco, all with three different emotions, I presume. The class went on as normally as it possibly could after that, and all too soon, it was time for dinner.

As soon as we all sat down, I was waiting for Draco to come up to me to confess his feelings. Halfway through, I had an idea of going to him myself, but just in time, he started walking towards me. Everyone stopped talking and the Great Hall became unnaturally silent as he walked. He stood in front of me and said, "I like you. A lot, and I know you don't so I'll go now and never come ba-"

Before he could finish, I placed my lips on his, effectively shutting him up. I was scared he wasn't going to kiss me back, but he did. And god, was it heavenly. He broke apart, smiles showering our faces.

"I like you too Draco."

He smiles at the words, but then asks, "Why? Why do you like me? Why do you even trust what I am saying is true?"

"Because you are amazing, Draco. You are nice and funny and so beautiful and you are all I need. Hagrid told me about your new way of life, so I know you are not tricking me."

"But why me? There are so many people who would better suit you than me," Draco said, looking down. The entire hall is still silent.

I lift up Draco's head with my finger and say, "I need you. Someone who is not afraid to say no. Someone who can be caring and loving, but still have a strict side. Someone who can protect me when I am weak and lift me up when I am down. Someone who will make sure I am thinking logically. Someone that is you."

He looks at me and smiles. I can't help but smile back. I am in too deep. We connect our lips together again, this time with more promise, more affection, with the question of "Boyfriends?" and the confirmation of "Boyfriends." Nothing will be perfect, we still have to face the wrath of the Deatheaters and Voldemort and his father, but right now, none of those things matter because I finally have Draco.

Who knew his sudden rebellion against his life would lead to the happiest of endings?

A/N: Whew! Finally done. I had been writing this since the end of August and just had time to complete it. Please read the message on my board for why I can't update regularly (Not that I did anyway), but in short: SCHOOL!
