I don't know what's weirder, the fact that I started my first day of school on a Friday or the fact that my mom has a new boyfriend and he is having dinner with us tonight. Mom gave me $100 to go find a dress in town, said that it will give me an experience on the roads of this town, I don't see how so I asked if Jessie would come with me; her answer was a yes, I think. She mostly rambled on about...something.

'You ready?' I opened my front door ready to step out and see her standing on the other side, which freaked me out a little.

'Why are you standing in front of my door with a big smile on your face?' I asked as she stepped back so I could close the door.

'I ate skittles, M&M's and mountain dew.' Ah, explains it. Learnt a lot about this little ball of energy who goes by the name of Jessie, she gets hyper on pretty much anything which is really odd.

'What shop first?' She asked me and I shrugged. After a couple of hours shopping around, we bought a couple of tops, jeans, shoes, dresses and jewellery which cost under a $100 which was convenient, we ate then decided to go back to Jessie's house to try on some of the clothes.

She lived quite close to me, only about 5 minutes away which was a shame as she had Cole living with her. Her other two brothers were either at uni or married, I didn't ask because she was again rambling, how this girl can talk so much and she was just so bubbly. Running upstairs with our bags, we went into her room and started doing the trying on all the clothes thing which I hated.

'I like this one!' I looked down at what I was wearing then looked at her with a blank expression. It was an off the shoulder grey top with black patterns on it and I had on white shorts which had chains on the side, I do admit that it was a sexy looking outfit but not good for a dinner with my mom and her stupid new boyfriend.

'This isn't appropriate!' I whined at her and she laughed her head off.

'I'll be back in a minute.' She said, and before I could say anything she went out of her room and downstairs. I huffed and sat down on her bed checking my phone, I didn't know anyone was there until I heard that voice that sent a chill up my spine.

'You do look good in it, but I'm more interested in what you look out of it.' I yelped as I got off the bed and turned to see Cole leaning against the door frame.

'Shut up, Cole. You're not doing anything to me after what happened yesterday.' I said, blushing at the thought of yesterday's events.

'Are you sure? Cuz yesterday you seemed to do as I asked.' Cole said stepping forward and came closer towards me as I took a step back.

'How could I not? It sounded so....threatening.' I said.

'Hm. Maybe I could do the same thing and if you say no, I might just have to kill you.' He whispered as he backed me up into a wall. 'I'll just leave this as a reminder.' He said, I was about to ask what when I felt his lips on the soft spot on my neck. He kissed it gently but it felt like a fire ball was thrown onto me as I felt the blood rush to my cheeks and warming up my body.

It wasn't till after that I realised he left me a love bite on my neck. 'You jerk!' I said looking at the mirror in the opposite side of the room, he smirked at me and kissed my lips. How the fuck am I letting him do these things to me?

Concealer managed to cover the love bite. I managed to come home and go passed mom without her seeing the love bite which was a plus for me, she was too busy in her room sorting things out for her date night while I was in my room eyeing the strapless black gown that hung on my wardrobe. It was beautiful, there was no doubt about it but I'm afraid that when I wear it, the dress will lose its beauty.
