Chapter Nine

A knock on Minhyuk and Hyungwon's bedroom door took the attention of both occupants of the room. Hyungwon who was sitting on the bed reading a book lifted his head towards the direction of the door. Minhyuk who had just been finished showering and currently busy drying his hair turn and frowned at the sudden urgent knocking. Since he was already wearing his pants he randomly placed down the towel he was holding, quickly putting on a simple shirt before slightly opening the door.

"Young Master Minhyuk" It was one of the mansion's maids that greeted him, she was one of the new ones Minhyuk recognized. She looked a little worried and reluctant, he notice.

"There are a few visitors downstairs. I have not seen them before but since the guards let them enter, I'm assuming they are young master's friends. They are demanding young master's presence"

She said with a slight bow of her head as a respect for Minhyuk. The man urged not to roll his eyes, their maids and other employees are wayyy too professional. He had told them hundreds of times to not bow so much and to just call him by his name, But the words of the maid made him think.

visitors? He wasn't expecting anyone today. Could it be? They saw Hyungwon at the mall so there's a high chance it's them.

Minhyuk didn't have the time to give his response because a familiar loud booming voice echoed in a distant.

"LEE. MIN. HYUK.!!! CHAE. HYUNG. WON!!!" The voice was coming from the staircases, it sounds exactly like Kihyun's voice and he don't doubt that it was indeed Kihyun. It seems like he was walking his way up to the second floor in search of the two of them.

Hyungwon who was still sitting on the bed heard the yelling. He closed his book placing it on the bed and standing up to go to Minhyuk's place. He softly touch Minhyuk's shoulder peeking outside though he only saw the maid. He was startled when Minhyuk suddenly closed the door after telling the maid that she could go and he will handle this himself.

"Wha-what's wrong? Who... Who's that? " Hyungwon ask in confusion a bit shuttering due to his shock.

"That's Kihyun" Minhyuk says. Hyungwon's eyes widen in delight, he clasped his hands together.

"Kihyun? That friend you were talking about............" He didn't finish what he was going to say because there was a sudden violent knocking on their door.

"Yah! Lee Minhyuk!You have some explaining to do! How dare you disappear like that! Open the door! I know you're here! Joo and kyunie saw Hyungwon at the mall with your mom!"
Hyungwon heard shoutings coming from the other side of the closed door.

"Is... is that Kihyun?" He asked Minhyuk, a bit nervous. Minhyuk gave him a little smile.

"yeah, don't be scared. He's just like that from time to time. He's harmless"

"But he sounds scary"

If this is any other situation, Minhyuk would have find time to laugh at Hyungwon's statement. Out of everyone in the group Hyungwon is the only one brave enough to not be scared of Kihyun, so the statement that goes out of his mouth awhile ago is something that was hard to believe. He guessed that the taller find Kihyun scary because he hadn't met him since he woke up.

"Wait here for a bit"
Minhyuk said as he opened the door and closing it behind him. Not letting Hyungwon walk out of their room.

His back was slammed into the hard wood, the moment he closed the door. He groaned in pain and closes his eyes  feeling two hands griping his collar.

Ugh! This midget! My back hurts!

Minhyuk thought, knowing that it was Kihyun whose in front of him despite his eyes being closed. Slowly he opened them, meeting Kihyun's fierce gaze. They stared at each other for a while before Minhyuk decided to open his mouth.
