Cha 47: Dad away from home

Aizawa was enjoying his evening coffee while looking through some files. Eri was watching a kid friendly cartoon on television and so nothing much seemed out of the ordinary until...

His phone rang. Usually it was probably Yamada or Nemuri he thought as he answered the phone but the world isn't kind to him

It was the freaking police station asking him to come down to pick up his son. He calmly told the officer that called he would be there, but in his head....

'WHAT THE HELL PROBLEM CHILD!!!!!!'

"Eri, we're taking a trip down to the police station" he called out

"Did something happen?" The young girl asked

"Yeah, problem child found himself in another mess" he told her

"Problem child?"

"Izuku" Aizawa sighed

Eri took the man's hand and both walked out together. Aizawa was dreading what happened. He didn't get much information. All they said was to come pickup your child.

Aizawa was wearing civilian clothes and looked completely ordinary. His hair in a messy bun and out of his eyes and when he arrived he was met by the cat officer Sansa.

"Kitty!" Eri called out excitedly

"Can I trust her with you" Aizawa asked

Sansa nodded as he bent down to the girls level. Eri started petting his fur and smiled at how soft it was

Aizawa found his son being questioned by Naomasa and while Eri played with his - Sansa - ears, who was placed on his shoulders, he began to explain what happened

"Your son and another one of your students ran into Shigaraki Tomura at the mall today"

"Uraraka Ochako was held captive to get Aizawa Izuku here to talk"

"Considering the fact his one of UA top first year students and also not mention his quirks, Shigaraki had the right idea to use a hostage against him"

"Where's my other student then" Aizawa asked. He was trying to hide the anger that was growing in him. He felt as though he wanted to strangle the closest villain to him

He found the girl sitting alone waiting for her parents. Mean red marks of a man's hand around her neck. Aizawa felt a pang of guilt within him.

Where the hell were the heroes, he thought. He sighed at sat a chair over over from her

"You okay Uraraka?" He asked

The girl didn't here him take a seat or even noticed him

"Mr Aizawa what are you doing here" she asked truly baffled

Aizawa simply raised a brown, asking if that question really needed to be answered

Uraraka nervously chuckled after realizing her question. Of course his here for Deku, she thought.

"Can you tell me what happened"

The girled sighed sounding defeated but began

"I wasn't able to do anything. Shigaraki held me hostage and took my phone and called Deku. We were out of his range of sight and no where near him, all he wanted was for Deku to answer a question for him, but deku really didn't mean to point everything at Almight" the girl cried

"If only I was able to do something, but I was to scared and weak" she said as more tears fell from her eyes

"Of only I was brave enough"
