「it's because i loved you so much」

jimin found it odd that beomgyu had gotten much more clingier than usual after his day with namjoon, the pup would start to become distressed everytime jimin would start to get ready to leave for work.

"i don't know dawon, he's never been like this if i'm being honest." jimin says sipping on some tea while they were at a cafe just at the center of the park, jimin thinks that maybe some time with his soobin hyung might help before he starts school again 

"what happened during the trip anyway? he's been distressed everytime i leave him with the babysitter." jimin sighs as he waved at the pup who was standing still looking as if he was waiting for jimin to acknowledge him 

"look at him, he's watching me as if i'm gonna leave him or something." jimin's heart truly ached for he can't understand what his child is going through "i don't recall anything bad happening during the trip, he was with namjoon at all times, maybe he just wasn't used to being away from you." dawon suggests

she was worried as well but had to keep her composure so jimin doesn't go into panic mode as well.

"he is very much used to being with you all the time so maybe he just missed you, min, don't worry about it, it's natural." she assured the omega who nods but he was gonna have to talk to namjoon about this when the alpha comes back home.

after a full day of being out of the house as well as buying some school supplies and new clothes for beomgyu.

night has fallen, they were dropped off by dawon and beomgyu was knocked out, tired from all the activities that had went on and jimin changed his clothes to his pajamas, giving him a kiss on the forehead before turning his night light on and leaving his bedroom. 

jimin sighs as he slipped out of his clothes, he had prepared a nice, hot bath for himself just to relax and have some "me time" for himself after a long day as well as the past weeks where he had been feeling quite shitty, his lower back had started to strain quite often, he felt so tired all day everyday even if he wasn't doing anything strenuous, he was also getting weird splotches on his feet, as well as feeling nauseous at random times of the day 

he just wanted namjoon to come home from another business trip to discuss beomgyu's sudden change in behavior but that would have to wait for another week or two.

"mama.." he hears the faint voice of beomgyu coming from the other side of the door "yes baby?" jimin calls out 

"can't sleep, can i  sleep on your bed?" jimin gets up from the tub and drains it before putting his robe on before opening the door to see his son looking up at him with watery eyes "did my baby have a bad dream?" jimin asks picking him up from the ground and shushing him on the way to his room

jimin had finally gotten dressed and slipped under the covers with the pup, beomgyu had immediately nuzzled into him 

"mama sing.." he mumbles, the omega hums and rubs beomgyu's back and he starts to silently sing him his favorite lullaby, he hasn't sung for him in a while, only on days where he is sick or have trouble singing. beomgyu's eyes started to flutter close, relieved that he was in a safe haven, feeling secured and he fell into a slumber. 

jimin notices this and holds the pup tighter, giving him a soft kiss on the crown of his head and whispering "no matter what they say, you'll be here in my heart always."

it was the next day and jimin felt incredibly shitty, every part of his body was sore and he groans as he got up, beomgyu was thankfully still asleep.
