「i want to hate you but i can't so i hate you even more」

as promised, once chanmi was born then jimin will make his decision as to what would go on between him and namjoon "hey baby, how are you?" jimin rubs his eyes as he picks up chanmi from her crib 

"you must be hungry." he yawns as he walks out of the room "good morning love." wonho greets tossing a baby bottle full of milk inside the microwave "how are you feeling?" he asks pulling the seat for jimin to sit in 

"beomie is still asleep, i'll take him with me to class later and hyuna called, she said she'll go with you when you meet with namjoon." the alpha reminds, jimin felt thankful that he had wonho by his side through these months "maybe finally, i can officially court you." jimin chuckles while wonho kissed the crown of his head 

"we've been on date though." jimin reminds taking the bottle from wonho, testing it whether it was too hot for chanmi to drink or not "i know but i rather court you when you have no more strings attached, so you can have a clean slate." jimin nods, understanding what he meant, he can't tear his eyes away from the alpha, he was very soft and caring, always thought about them before putting himself first 

"what would i have done if we didn't meet?" jimin whispers as he fed chanmi "do you have regrets?" wonho asks putting their breakfast on the table 

"i don't, i- i would've probably had a mental breakdown if i was on my own, you know, having all these terrifying things come our way, the papers, i wouldn't have stood a chance against the people who have me under a microscope." wonho nods, as he blew on the rice to feed the omega 

"i'm glad i made you feel safe and loved again." he says making jimin blush, wonho pinched his cheeks and they head a whine from chanmi who spluttered out the milk "ah, baby needs to be burped." jimin coos 

"i'll take her, you can go wake beomgyu up, i know she kept you up all night." jimin hands him the baby, giving wonho a kiss on the cheek before walking to beomgyu's room "baby, time to- oh, my baby is all dressed! what a responsible babe." jimin praises making beomgyu smile 

"woke up early so mommy don't have to be tired, i know chanmi cried all night." beomgyu explains "mommy can still take care of you baby." he assures 

"i know but i'm big brother now and i want to take care of myself and baby chanmi too!" jimin pats his head, pulling him into a loving hug "mommy, do we get to stay with papa now? like forever? i like papa, i love papa." 

the omega felt his heart swell at how much beomgyu had changed through the months

he was starting to come out of his shell, he was starting to become fearless, wanting to protect his sister at all costs and he grew closer to wonho and beomgyu looked up so much to him and had decided to name him as his father now, on behalf of namjoon, jimin told him to never leave his daddy out of anything but the pup was hesitant, jimin can understand the resentment though as he has been through what his son is going through.

"bye baby, do well in school, okay? i love you." jimin peppered the pups cheeks with kisses as he whines "and you, have a nice day today, i'll update you and maybe we can go out tonight." jimin says towards wonho who nods "see you later, yeah?" wonho gives his chubby cheek a kiss before they left the apartment complex 

"god, both of you are whipped for each other." hyuna rolls her eyes at them while she carried chanmi's baby basket "shut up, it's just that.." jimin lets out a dreamy sigh before hyuna pushes him lightly to get in her car 

"you nervous to see him?" jimin nods, twiddling with his fingers, chanmi was fast asleep in the back which made him feel some relief though "he hurt you jimin, he did what your mom did to your dad, he made your kids feel what you felt and i know how much you wanted to prevent that." hyuna reminds

she still remembers the look on jimin's face a few days after he had left their home, she couldn't believe the state her friend was in, she had spent the entire day with him just talking to him, talking sense into him when he said he still loved namjoon.

jimin felt his whole body tremble as they made their way up to the conference room in namjoon's building, hyuna had offered to hold the basket seeing as to how much jimin was shaking "it'll be all over soon min and everything will be okay."

namjoon's eyes went wide when he realized his daughter was with jimin, she looked beautiful, jimin looked beautiful as he has been through the years but then he noticed jimin looking at seokjin and he saw the look of heartbreak 

"jimin, finally you're here." bogum hugs him and acknowledges hyuna and they all sat on one side while the other party sat across them

after almost half a day of discussions, they had come to some agreements and settlements, namjoon still had visitation rights to the children but jimin has full custody of them, having a stable income from business as well as a apartment 

he made sure to leave out wonho in the conversation, not wanting namjoon's lawyer to use that narrative against him but the relationship was not saved, the so-called perfect couple had divorced after months of pain 

"jimin?" namjoon's eyes were red from crying and so was jimin's "yes?" jimin turns to him "i love you." the alpha lets out, jimin smiles sadly as he opens his lips "i loved you."

jimin felt free, he became happier, yes the heartbreak was there but it was better for them to part ways rather than stay together knowing the relationship was already broken.

wonho was waiting just outside of the school, watching over beomgyu who was playing at the playground 

"wonho-ssi!" he looks up to see jimin running towards him "hi ji-" he was cut off when a pair of plush lips were against his, wonho realizes what was happening and he closed his eyes, sliding his hand on to the back of jimin's neck, pulling him tighter against him, jimin didn't know how long it has been since he had kissed someone with this amount of passion but he was glad that it's wonho.

they pulled away and both were breathless, jimin's lip gloss was all over his face and wonho's lips but the omega had a nervous smile on his face "how about that date?" wonho's heart almost burst at the question 

"i can- i can finally court you?" jimin nods, eyes crinkling, making it look like crescents "fuck, i'm not ready but starting from now, i will court you, jimin." wonho announces "mommy! why did you kiss papa?" beomgyu had finally walked towards them 

"because your mommy has finally agreed to let me court him." wonho crouches down to beomgyu, booping his nose softly "is that true mommy?" beomgyu looks up at jimin "yes baby." he answers 

"i'll see mommy happy again." he spoke to himself in a hushed tone and he engulfed wonho in a hug, almost knocking the alpha down to the grass and he finally said through happy tears, words that almost made jimin cry as well 

"thank you for making mommy happy again, papa."
