New Campers

The first official day of camp.
Counselors were getting ready to wake up their campers and campers were sleeping soundly in their beds after a full night of partying.
But the camp directors were not the happiest people that morning.
Winona had woken up and just laid in her own bed across the room from her husband David, who was snoring, and stares up at the ceiling as thoughts flood her mind.
She was miserable and she could recognize that. David could see it, too, and even knew why she was miserable. But would he let her be happy?

The big tall man finally woke up and yawned as he sat up to loudly stretch.
He looked over at his wife to see if she was awake and she was.
"Mornin', honey. You sleep well?" He asked with a smile.
"I've been having an affair." Winona confessed, her expression dull and her eyes still on the dusty wood vaulted ceiling.
David heard her, but wondered if she was serious.
"What kind of affair? Like a uh, business-"
"I've cheated on you. I have had sex with another human being while we are still married because I don't love you, David."
Winona sat up and looked at him with a very mean expression.

"Really? You're serious?" He asked.
David really didn't know what to say or do in this situation.
The short woman with long black hair flowing behind her nods.
"Yes, with my "friend" Angelina."
Winona put air quotes around the word friend, as they've been more than friends for some years now.
Her husband raised his eyebrows in surprise before burying his head in his hands.
It was quite within the cabin before she spoke up again.
"I want a divorce and I wanna leave this camp."
David let out a breath.

Finn sat at a spot at one of the tables alone this morning, waiting for his friends to sit with him.
He didn't mind that they were just a bit late coming to sit and breakfast with him, as he was occupied with a scene in front of him.
A new camper, or at least one he didn't recognize, also sat alone at a table just across from him.
He looked pretty fit and had a nice build to Finn. He could see his abs though his camp shirt.
It would be an understatement to say that Finn was already falling for this new boy.

"What's up, dick sucker? Daddy's here."
Sadie sat in front of the curly haired boy, blocking his view of the abed beauty at the next table.
Finn snapped out of his daze and gave the red head a smile.
"Hey guys."
Caleb sat beside Finn. He's kind of new to the group as he started coming to the camp last summer, but they still love him and treat him like they've known him since forever.
"Did you guys see Nat is a counselor? She's not only a counselor, but she's my cabin counselor and Maya is a counselor too. I'm like 'who's pussy did you have to eat to get that position?'"
"Each other's, probably."

Sadie and Caleb chat and joke around as Finn was trying to stare past the girl in front of in a very almost not so discreet way.
The lesbian noticed her friends lack of interest in the conversation and turned around to look at what he was looking at.
Just as she suspected, a boy had caught his eye.
She turned back around to face him.
"Do you know him?"
"I wish," Finn started.
"He looks new."
"That's because he is. Noah Schnapp," Caleb contributes to the conversation.
"He's in my cabin. He's actually really nice, but there's just one thing wrong with him."
"What's that?" Finn and Sadie said in unison before glancing at each other.
Caleb observed the lonely boy at the table eating his breakfast.
"He asked to be here because he can't accept who he is."

As the boys gossip about the new camper, Sadie stares off into another direction and spots another new gay. Millie.
The red head watched the brunette look around the full cafeteria for a place to sit, until she saw a boy alone at the end of the table.
"No."
Sadie spoke under her breath in disbelief as she saw the brunette walk up to Noah Schnapp and sit right beside him.
Sadie quickly turned back around to face the boys with a grin that went from ear to ear.
"You are not gonna fucking believe what I just witnessed." She told them.
Caleb shook his head in confusion and shrugged.
"What?"
The red head motioned for her friends to look behind her at Noah and Millie.

Caleb and Finn lean in opposite direction to look past Sadie and see the beautiful new girl and the handsome young boy talking. They seem like friends already.
"That's the girl you were talking to at the campfire last night."
The red head nods with an even bigger smile now.
"Does this mean you two get to go on double dates?" Caleb perked up. He's a bit of a romantic.
Sadie rolled her eyes. "Sure, yeah, if Finn is man enough to talk to Noah."
"I am man enough, you cunt."
"Well I guess you are what you, right? That's probably why you're such a pussy."
"Go to hell."
The two argued back and forth.

"Hey guys. Do you mind if I sit with you?"
Gaten came to their table with his breakfast on a tray.
"I-I guess? Who are you?" Sadie asked.
She hadn't met Gaten, but Finn and Caleb had yesterday.
"This is Gaten. He's in my cabin."
"He's not gay."
Finn and Caleb explained to the red head.
She looked at Gaten with confusion.
The boy who just sat down just gave her a short explanation.
"My parents found out that my friend is gay, so they sent me here so I'll go home and hate gay people."
She looked at her two best friends in disbelief and they just nodded.

Finn put his palms on the table before he stood up.
"Alright, I'm gonna go introduce myself." He announced to the small group before walking over to the next table to talk to Noah.
Millie and Noah were whispering to each other as she saw a tall skinny pale boy coming up to them. She hit Noah's shoulder and gestured towards Finn as he sat down. The brunette girl couldn't help but grin.
"Hi," Finn held his hand out for Noah. "I'm Finn."
Noah looked nervous and couldn't believe that a boy had approached him and was talking to him.
Millie poked the boy in the thigh with her acrylic nail to get him to talk.
He grabbed Finn's hand. "I-I'm Noah."
"Noah? Wow, that's a beautiful name."
He then turns to Millie.
"And you are?"
"Uh, I'm Millie." The attention on her caught her off guard a bit.
"Great," he turns his attention back to Noah. "So you're new here, right? I was thinking that maybe I could show you around? This camp is pretty big and there's a lot to see around here."

Noah was shaking and sweating a bit. He didn't even know what to say. His intentions weren't to have too much fun this summer, but to change for the better.
He glanced at Millie and she nodded so subtly.
"Yeah. Like right now?" Noah asked the boy as he looked back at him.
Finn shrugged with a sly grin. "Well why not?"
Noah flashed a smile before the two boys stood up from the table and went off to go explore the camp, leaving Millie alone at the table.
She didn't mind though. She thought it was cute. And when she peeked straight ahead, she noticed a red head girl had been eyeing her.
When Sadie got caught staring, she turned back around with a smirk and a lick of her lips.
