I Don't Tell The Whole Truth

"What the shell, Raph!" Leonardo exclaims.

"What?" the red masked turtle shrugs.

"Why did you knock her out? That was uncalled for," the leader scolds.

"She saw us, Leo. She's a human," Raphael counters, glaring down at the unconscious girl in front of him. "What was I supposed to do? Just let her run off so she can tell the world about four large ninja turtles running around New York?"

"She was being attacked by the Foot Clan and Tiger Claw," Leo argues. "Not to mention half a dozen men in white coats that were trying to kidnap her."

"All the more reason to think she's dangerous. If the Foot wants her, she must have something they want."

"Which is why we are taking her with us," Leo decides.

Raph glowers at his brothers proposal. "Are you kidding? Let's bring this totally strange human girl to our secret lair with no idea who she is or where she came from-- what's the worse that could happen?"

"If the Foot are after her that means they want something from her, which means she must be a important piece of some evil plan made up by Shredder. And to figure out what that plan is and how to stop it, we need her not to be laying around on a rooftop at Shredder's disposal," Leo explains to his red clad brother.

"Duh," Michelangelo jests, sticking out his tongue from behind Leo. Raph growls at him, making him cower behind his oldest brother for protection.

"Now let's take this girl back to our lair to find out what's going on," Leo then says to his team.

"But what about the fires?" Donnie asks. "We still don't know who's behind them."

"Yeah, and I didn't win my bet with Raph that's it's probably a fire powered mutant," Mikey adds.

"We never had a bet," Raph says.

"Yeah, you did, and I'm gonna win."

"We'll worry about that later," Leo decides. "For right now let's just focus on the problem in front of us."

"I got her!" Mikey volunteers, quickly picking up the limp girl in his arms.

"I still think this is a stupid idea," Raph remarks as he and his brothers leap across the rooftops, with the girl, to their secret lair.

"We're ba-a-a-ack!!" Mikey joyfully declares to no one in particular as the turtles arrive at their secret abandoned subway station home.

"And now we have a figure out how to tell Sensei about all this," Donnie comments.

"Yeah, good luck explaining to Splinter why you brought a random girl to our lair, Fearless Leader," scoffs Raph, folding his arms.

"You did what?!!"

"Sensei!!" Leo cries to the rat master from across the room, who just came out of the dojo. "We can explain!"

"Yes, please explain to me why you have brought a complete stranger into our secret home?" Splinter demands, with a stern yet calm look on his face.

"This oughta be good," Raph says lowly, stepping away from the leader in blue.

"You see, we were out searching for the cause of those fires around New York and we saw this girl being attacked," Leo explains nervously, rubbing his neck.

"There were men in white coats restraining her and even the Foot and Tiger Claw were there, it was crazy," Donnie adds.
