Chapter 4 - Favor.

Your eyes opened when you heard a loud bang and shouting, but it was muffled. You sat up and looked around but couldn't see Naraku. You then saw the door open and Naraku walks in. 

"I see your up." He said. you backed up to the corner but nodded. He sits on the ground and looks at you. 

"What is your name?" Naraku asked. You look at the ground. 

"(y/n)." You said. Naraku nods. 

"A wonderful name. Well I have asked Kagura to get you a kimono as your clothing have been ruined by blood and tares." Naraku said. You looked at him. 

"Why?" You asked. He looked at you. 

"I saved you, did I not?" He said. You nod, but then scoot closer. 

"Naraku? Why save me in the first place? I'm a..a human. Don't demons hate humans?" You asked. In every book you have ever read, it was stated that demons were mean and wanted to kill all humans. Naraku smiled. 

"I don't know who told you that, but they were wrong." Naraku said. You looked at your hands. 

"Well, no one told me. I read it." You said and looked back up. Naraku looked a bit shocked. 

"You can read? Can you write as well?" Naraku asked. You nodded. 

"Yes. In my world..Time...it's custom to learn how to read, write and do math." You answered. Naraku moved a bit and removed a paper, handing it to you. 

"Read this then." He said. you looked at it but it was all Japanese. You were about to say that you didn't read Japanese but in a blink of an eye, you could read it perfectly. It said Lord Kagewaki Hitomi's castle. You dropped the paper. 

"B-But I can't read Japanese." you said. Naraku smiled. 

"I'm sorry but that would be my fault. I healed you, yes but you have a bit of me inside you. It was the only way. With that, you now know how to read Japanese but before you never had a problem with speaking it." Naraku said. you looked at him. 

"I'm speaking Japanese?" You asked. Naraku nodded. You grabbed your head with both hands.

"What is going on." You whispered. You then heard the door open and looked, seeing Kagura. She throw you clothing.

"Here." She said and left as you caught it. You looked and saw it was your two favorite colors. It looked like it made a yin yang patter. Naraku stood. 

"Get dress. I will leave the room while you do." He said and opened the door before walking out and closing it. You looked at the kimono but you didn't know how to put it on. You stood and removed your clothes but saw you were dirty still. You sighed but started to get dressed. It wasn't hard but you had truble with the last part. 

"(y/n), are you done?" You heard Naraku ask, but it wasn't in a rude way. 

"Almsot, but I can't tie it right." You said. You head the door open and he walked in. 

"Let me help." He said and finished tieing it for you. You as he did, you wondered something. 

"Naraku? Why help me? What do you want?" You asked. you have had men do this before, being nice to you one dates or at your work. It all ended the same. A slapped face or the guy being fired for sexual harassment.   

"Well. I do have a favor to ask you." Naraku said. You tensed up but you then felt him move away from you. You turn to face him but he is holding a broken marble. It looked black and looked to be broken in a third. 

"All I want you to do is to hold this and stay by my side." He said. You looked at him. 

"Why?" You asked. He smiled. 

"I have a guest coming over and she and I tend to argue over it. If she see's it's not here, no argument." Naraku said. You smiled and took it. you saw it change from black to a light shade of pink. Naraku sat down, patting nextto him. you sat and put the marble in your kimono. when you did, the door slammed open.
