It's Not Like the Fairy Tales

Ch. 2

I woke up to the still naked Matt. I watched as he slowly started to wake up as well. He looked down at me before kissing me.

"Morning babe."

"Morning. Shit!"

"What, what's wrong."

"I forgot I've got vidcon today and I have to pick up Tyler and Korey in 30 minutes." I got up quickly pulling on a pair of jeans and a shirt.

I already had my bag packed so I would change at the hotel. I had to drive there, so I wanted to be a bit comfortable.

I ran into the bathroom grabbing my toothbrush. I grabbed my suitcase and laptop and headed towards the door where Matt was standing with just basketball shorts on and the door already opened.

"Have fun." He said as I walked out the door. I quickly ran back and pecked his lips before running out again towards the car.

I was able to make it to Tyler's in enough time. I sat in the car for a second to film a bit of my vlog.

"Hey guys I'm out here in front of Tyler's house ready to go meet you." I turned off the camera as Tyler and Korey came walking out and into the car.

"You ready?" I asked

"Gurl, I've been ready." Tyler said as he sat in the passenger.

Luckily the hotel was only a couple hours away so it wasn't that long of a ride there.

We walked to our separate hotel rooms to get settled in. I put the key card in the slot and opened the door to see that my roommate, Zoella, was already there.

"Oh my gosh I haven't seen you in forever." I said as walked into the room and hugged her.

"I know it's been too long." I put my bag by my bed and pulled out a black batman shirt with white high waisted jeans.

I quickly went to the bathroom and took a shower. Once I got out, I changed into my clothes and slightly curled my hair. I also applied some makeup before walking out.

I was getting lunch with Troye Sivan so I grabbed my camera and walked out the door, saying a quick goodbye to Zoe.

"So I'm meeting up with my little bug in a second. Can't wait to see him, it's been forever." I met Troye in the lobby and walked down the street.

"Look who it is. TROYE!! Say hi." I said into my camera.

"Hi guys." Troye waved slightly to the camera.

"So Troye what are we doing?" I asked pointing the camera at him.

"I believe we're going to get something to eat."

"I believe so, too. You know, a girl's gotta eat." I turned it off as we continued walking.

"So Troye what are you up to?"

"Well I got a second album coming. I think people are gonna like it."

"Everyone's gonna love it. You're an amazing singer."

"I'm not the only singer here."

"Yeah, but you're the only one with your own music." Throughout the lunch Troye and I just had laughs catching up and telling stories about things we did while apart.

We walked back to the hotel and there was a group of fans sitting around outside. They saw us coming and got incredibly louder. People were shouting our names and we stopped to take pictures with as many people as we could.

Unfortunately, we had to go back upstairs to get ready for the main events.

I fixed up my makeup a little before heading down with everybody else. You could tell we were a group of youtubers, we all had our cameras pulled out to vlog.

"Hey guys were heading down to the main stage now. Look everyone's here!" I did a circle in the middle of the hallway to show everyone in the hall with me. As I went by people, they said hi or waved.

Joe came up next to me with his camera, pressing it in front of mine.

"Vlog-ception." I laughed as we all piled into the elevator.

We arrived down at the main stage and you could here the screams of the large crowd. Tyler was one of the main hosts so he went on stage immediately. I was going to be a special guest on the stage so I waited backstage.

After doing the little interview on stage, I went to my area where I was taking pictures and signing things.

A long line of fans were already standing by my station before I got there. Their screams became loud when I stepped out.

The first fan to come couldn't have been older than 5 or 6. She came with an older girl who seemed to be her sister.

"Hey girls, do you have anything for me to sign?" The little girl nodded before giving me one of my posters and the older girl gave me her phone case.

I signed them both before leaning over the table and taking a picture with both of them.

The fans continued coming and I signed and took pictures with them all. By the time I was back in my room, I could already feel my hand cramping.
